Gdyby nie drobiazgi które stanowią pewną uciążliwość uważam że stosunek jakości pobytu do ceny naprawdę bardzo dobry.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo czysto. Bardzo dobre śniadanie– no może za wyjątkiem kawy, ale nie można mieć wszystkiego. Dobry internet.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji co przy temperaturach 20° w nocy może stanowić problem, brak Zasłon skutecznie odcinających światło.

Super raňajky, na prespatie v pohode, fajn lokalita v rámci Žiliny :)
Pros:

Široký výber z raňajkového bufetu.

Cons:

Čo sa týka čistoty na izbe, všetko fajn, až na tie ucapkané mastné fľaky na stene hneď pri posteli. V rámci vybavenia izby by sa zišiel sušič na vlasy.

Lage und Frühstück sind gut
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, super Preisausgewogenheit als Lage, gut!.

Cons:

Es ist gut als Tagesaufenthalt, es gibt nicht viel Reinigung, aber es ist gut für ein oder 2 Tage

Retro hotel nagyon jó helyen
Pros:

Közel a főtérhez, de mégsem volt zajos. Kicsit retro érzet. A parkoló kényelmes. A hőség ellenére a szoba elviselhető volt. A reggeli kielégítő.

Cons:

A zuhanyrózsából elég furcsán ömlött a víz.

Zentrumsnähe

Cons:

Obwohl altes Gebäude könnte mit wenig Aufwand und ein paar Investitionen die Qualität des Hotels stark verbessert werden z.B.:
Aufzug funtionierte, aber ohne visuelle Information
Fensterscheiben noch mit Folie bespannt, die gerissen herunterhing
Bei 40 °C Außentemperatur wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert (Zilina hat jeden Sommer zeitweise Extremtemperaturen)
Malerarbeiten in den Zimmern ohne Sachverstand
Montage Innenjalousie erfolgte so, daß bei jeder Fensteröffnung diese beschädigt wird

Hodnotenie pobytu
Pros:

Páčila sa mi priestrannosť izby , bol tam veľký šatník. Oceňujem bohaté raňajky a príjemné vystupovanie čašníkov ako aj vysvetlenie recepcie na začiatku.

Cons:

Nemám čo vytknúť.
