Easy access on and off highway
Half bag of eaten chips in cabinet and chips in the chair No soap in shower dispenser. Worst code I’ve ever heard. Ever
The breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
The TV would loose signal evey night for about 5 minutes. Kinda annoying when watching a movie
Room nice (weird bathroom door). Parking good, access to freeway good. Pool good (could use a jacuzzi, I was sore after golf and not being a golfer, wow). Staff great, breakfast good. I would like to be able to use the stairs internally, but our stairwell only exited to outside of building, just a small thing. I did like the hotel back entrance made getting to the car much quicker.
Bathroom door design in room 401 is klunky. I can see that you used double doors because there isn't room for a single door to swing open, but the latch system very loud, wakes up partner, not silent.
Great place between Boulder and Denver, Colorado. Perfect for the many cultural activities in the area. The quiet room provided comfort and all the expected amenities. Breakfast was satisfying and well stocked. The facility was clean and polished. Reception arriving and leaving was efficient. All in all, a great stay.

I’ve been at this location since 7/10/26 and have experience horrible room service. The house keepers don’t have attention to detail when they clean. They have left dirt on the floor multiple times, don’t vacuum the carpets regularly, don’t clean the shower regularly and have left the grey table in the walkway, which is a tripping hazard when coming into the room.
Tiffany Alcantar has lied to me in person on three different occasions about the resolution for the housekeeping concerns. She will tell me corporate has to resolve the issues. When truly she is the one to resolve the issues.
I can tell there are leadership issues here. As the housekeeping staff is new. This is a sign of improper leadership when you aren’t able to keep staff.
Of note, Pat and Roxi, who work the front desk have excellent customer service skills and work hard to resolve issues to their capability.
Paige, front desk has an attitude and was dismissive with me.
Today, I was asked to leave the property without any explanation. The front desk manager, per Tiffany’s request, came to my room at 1048 and asked me to vacate by 1200. This is very unprofessional on Tiffany’s behalf.
Very good breakfast. Staff was very nice. Everything was clean and in working order.
Nice space in a good location to get to Boulder to see family. The staff was very friendly. We had everything we needed in the room. The only issues were small, and they had to deal with maintenance of the bathroom (although it was very clean).
The hotel has an excellent location. Breakfast is not really good. And the staff at the front desk is not very welcoming. The hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious. Free parking, the internet is terrible.
When my wife and I checked in, Erin was the staff person who greeted us and was so pleasant and helpful. She went out of her way when I was searching for some honey for my wife's diet. Erin immediately found some for us.
All the staff we encountered was very friendly and outgoing.
My only negative was that precisely at 9:00pm every night, the cable/signal for the TV went out for approx. 10-15 min.
