No ice in ice machine. Asked concierge in the morning about ice but by next day, there was no ice in the machine
Also, not enough bath towels, only 2.
Urine smell in toilet, should have toilet bowl cleaner to continuously keep clean after each flush.

Solid stay in the DC suburbs
Pros:

Some infrastructure woes were a let down upon our late evening arrival but Kiddy and Nelson, the morning staff at this property, are a dream team. They absolutely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and rectify the concerns from the night before.

A+ callouts: Comfy beds, great linens & pillows and a well appointed gym with a peloton bike.

Disgraceful! I will not use Hilton again. Cancelled my reservation without warning

nothing because the hotel cancelled the reservation before my executive's reservation as she was traveling to the hotel. On the same day as check in
