Dining room showing signs of distress. Banquet seats torn.
Clean comfortable room
All ok only there for short overnight due to flight cancelled
In a decent location.
Nice staff on arrival but staff at night actioned no complaint.
The amount of noise outside our room at 4/5am and when I told staff no one came up at all to sort it.
Fire alarm then went off at about 10am
Room was spacious and the facilities looked nice and inviting.
Quite expensive for what you get. Bed was firm but was comfortable. Bed was a bit dated. Has to ask for extra pillows as you only get two. Air play on tv didn’t work. Bathroom needs a refresh, as mould on celling. Water bottles weren’t refreshed on my second day :(
We only used the room for sleeping and our room was airy and far from others which worked in our favour.
More staff on reception when checking in as we had to wait for a while as a group party/booking were all checking in
Good location
Bed was very uncomfortable - springs coming through mattress - receptionist did say someone would check it - not worth paying for superior room
