It was central and the environment was good.

Everything was satisfactory
Dirty towels, ac not working, keys failing everytime we left the room, no tea
Clean, bright and modern, excellent location for 2 min walk onto Union street and nightlife
Nightlife is all along the pubs and clubs on Justice Mill Lane where the hotel is. The noise is deplorable, revellers being loud and rowdy up to 4am also cars revving and sounding horns for the duration, street cleaner then out at 8am. No ear plugs available from reception.
Late notice booking due to a flight cancellation. No food available after 8pm, bummer but understandable. Breakfast was the standard fare and was fine. Staff in the breakfast area were efficient and kept the area clean and stocked. Beds were uncomfortable and you can hear noises from the revellers at street level (we were on the 3rd floor).
The location is good, the staff helpful and the room is big with a comfortable bed, there is a good desk area and seating area for those working.
The checkout time was reasonable as were the breakfast times.
There is optional parking which can be accessed from the hotel lift.
The room facilities are basic without a fridge or in room food service.
Another minor point to consider is the lighting which the room with some dark spots.

Lovely hotel, tucked away off Union street...beautiful front entrance and courtyard garden to sit in..the rooms are small but adequate for a stay...staff friendly and very helpful..great location and value for money

Great location. Friendly staff. Good sized room and bed.
The pillows were terrible and gave me a really sore neck. The shower didn't work properly it was either freezing cold or scalding hot i think the thermostat may have been broken. Also the braket that held the showe head up was broken so the shower head just hung straight down to the floor.
Service was very good and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant.
The central location was ideal for my business requirements.
