Nothing
Too much noise from outside. Party next door went on until after 5am
Bett, großer TV, Kaffeemaschine
Beim Frühstück wurde nicht nachgelegt ( Wurst, Käse)
Zusätzlicher Heizkörper wurde bereitgestellt
The bed was like concrete and the pillows were shite. Very poor sleep
The sheets
Mould terrible in bathrooms. First room the chair was all ripped and also smelt damp. Toilet roll was bargain store quality. Walls near tea and coffee facilities needed a good scrub as stained. Only one breakfast tea bag in room. Pillows lumpy. Asked for a heater and I didn’t get it. Receptionist did not know very much about what was in the room. She promised to ring me to see if heater was in 2nd room but did not call. Asked to pay for more bottled water in the room and this baffled the receptionist. Helpful bar assistant gave me a jug of iced water and I bought 2 bottles of water. I couldn’t make them understand that I wanted the room type of bottles as they were 500mls as I had to drink a certain amount of measured water before going into hospital. The room option water was perfect as I could measure a litre easily. The receptionist would not let me finish that the 2nd room I was allocated also had bad mould in shower when I was checking out and just wanted to speak about the first room, which she already knew about. I felt the hotel had lost its value for money. I was also not happy that they had emailed me about a past booking that was cancelled hoping I had enjoyed my stay. I could not get through to anyone at the hotel and neither could Radisson central bookings to speak to them about my reservation on 30/3 which I had to cancel due to being stuck
In Dubai. I had already paid the difference to move this booking once and as my hospital appointment was delayed again I had asked to be moved to 9:5:26 x 1 night. I had received a previous email from the hotel sympathising with my situation being stuck in a war zone and offered to change my booking at any point. This did not materialise and the central reservations office were not successful getting through to the hotel. The phone at reception was just ringing out whilst I was there and there was no back up person answering the phone, so I now know why I couldn’t,t get through.
