Удобное расположение и удобные кровати. Замена полотенец каждый день.
Завтрак скудный, хлеб был всегда несвежий. За 6 дней рацион нисколько не менялся.
The hotel location is great. The breakfast is fresh and offers a wide variety of foods (local and European). The area around the hotel has many different stores, where you can enjoy food, drinks and even a Xiaomi store.
On the 2nd day of my stay, there was a very bad smell (like someone pissed in my room floor). I notified the hotel immediatelly. After some time a cleaning person came and sprayed some spray in the room - but it was not better. After that I complained again, and they came again - confirmed that the smell is very bad and tried to solve it by putting a air purifier machine in my room - it was not any better. They were not able to provide an alternative room - so with no other options I endured the smell for another 4 nights.
At the check out, I told the hotel that I expect some kind of discount, because the service I recieved was not on the level that I payed for - but the Hotel denied my request. So the feeling of paying full service for not getting a full service leaves a bitter taste to the whole experience.

Завтрак, ассортимент большой, но почему то было не вкусно! Хотя для Китая-это редкость!
Безупречный сервис в отеле! Сотрудники всегда помогут в любом вопросе. Особенно хотелось бы отметить девушку Vicky ( Вика) помогала всегда с улыбкой!

Расположение и наличие террасы, некоторые сотрудники.
Унитазы бывали вонючие, влажное белье. Не все сотрудники (мужского рода) выполняли качественно свою работу. Девочки все прелестны👌
The location. It’s the center of guanzghou. The far location you go is within 15 or 20 min car ride. Couple of 24h restaurants around and groceries which fit with people who jat-legged.
Clean hotel and rooms with Japanese bidet in the washroom. Self-wash in the laundromat. Very helpful staff and polite.
موقعه حلو كل شي حولك وتقدر تروح لأي مكان من 10 لين 20 دقيقة بالسيارة. وتحت وحول الفندق ماكً ومطاعم شغالة 24 ساعة وبقالة نفس الشيء.
الفندق نظيف وعندهم غسيل ثياب ذاتي. تقدر تغسل ثيابك بنفسك وتكويهم في غرفة الغسيل. الموظفين خدومين ومحترمين. الغرف فيهم شطاف ياباني.

Excelente hotel, habitaciones muy confortables, cama y sábanas limpias. Desayuno con opciones occidentales, variado. El hotel cuenta con un bar, en una terraza, espectacular para tomar un trago luego de un día intenso. Muy bien ubicado con una estación de metro en la puerta. Para quienes vistan la feria de Cantón, ofrece 6 turnos para ir y volver. A la vuelta te esperan en el parking con agua y snacks. Supero mis expectativas ampliamente. Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo

انصح فيه بشدة نظافة وتعامل وموقع واهتمام بالتفاصيل بجانبه بقالة ومطعم ماك وستاربكس ومطعم حلال باكستاني
وجود الحمام بدون جدار فاصل عن الغرفه فقط ابواب سحب زجاجية بالنسبة لي كانت هذه ميزة لي لاني ساكن لوحدي
The bathroom door and toilet door arrangement is a pain maybe they can put the shower in the bathroom and have the toilet separated with own door
Месторасположение, уборка номера.
Я когда поставил бронь на номер, с меня списалась два раза сумма за бронь Отеля, сколько я не переписывался с самим Отелем или представителями Букина мне никто ничего не решил с этим двойным списанием. Когда я уже приехал в данный Отель и оплатил за проживание одна сумма брони вернулась мне назад на банковскую карту, а вот за вторую сумму списания сколько я не пытался объяснить сотрудникам они меня видимо не понимали, или не хотели вникать в данную проблему и просто сказали что всё вернётся чтоб я только быстрее ушёл от них и не создавал им проблемы на стойке регистрации. Вообщем я не доволен не самим Отелем за двойное списание суммы и не возврат одной из них, и самим приложением Booking.com за то что они меня оставили разбираться с самим отелем напрямую и никак не содействовали помощи в разговоре с Отелем

Could be cleaner. The floor had marks of spilled dirt liquid from the very beginning, some hairs and dust as well. And it has never been cleaned during the whole stay. Not very critical to me personally but I know many people would not tolerate it.
The hotel is centrally located, clean. The pictures are quite accurate. There is a food mall on the ground floor with quite a lot of food options. The hotel itself starts from the 3rd floor.
The staff: Great. Very helpful. Some language barrier that a translation app can fix.
Smoking. The smell of cigarettes will keep you awake. It will make you extremely uncomfortable. The rooms have a non smoking sign but guests still smoke anyway. It will bother you a lot. Infact it will bother you enough not to come back here especially if you are a non smoker.
The bed is not the most comfortable that I have slept on.
The shower area is small. Very small.
Be prepared to stink up the whole room with the way the toilet is designed.
