Room was comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was much better than the other hotels we stayed at on our trip.
The comparable hotels were a Hampton Inn, Double Tree, and another Hyatt, in Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington DC.
Prices for hotel rooms in Pittsburgh are higher than other cities, so it was comparable to others within the city. We went to Washington DC, Baltimore and Philadelphia on our trip and this one was the most expensive. But I have to say that parking was at least half as expensive as the other cities.

The location is EXCELLENT! We don’t usually stay on the North Shore for music and sports events (it’s a GREAT location for those, but it’s too expensive for us then), but we love to stay there because we can just walk down to the river in 3-4 min., and walking into the city for lunch or dinner is so easy—-just 1-2 miles (depending on where you want to go), and walking over the Clemente Bridge is always fun and the river views are beautiful. Also, we’ve stayed there at least 4 times, and the desk staffers are always WONDERFUL (so courteous and helpful)!

Closed breakfast too early and we missed our free breakfast by 10 minutes.

Very pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel because it was within walking distance to almost everything. If you stay within the city the "T" was free to use. We did use our car to visit some things, but we had no problems. The only thing that could have been better was their breakfast. They had the usual items but I think they should have had bacon on the menu as some guests don't care for sausage. Also, I was hoping for at least a way to make a waffle.
An average hotel experience. Double queen room was spacious with separate living room area. Breakfast was slightly disappointing with limited options and basic coffee choices. Only one toasting oven which meant a long wait. The location is great to walk down by the water, restaurants. etc.
Location was perfect, many restaurants, museum, MLB Ballpark, and casino within walking distance. Rooms are a little outdated, but hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Price was typical. The outside grounds were well kept and had beautiful floweres.

The rooms had outdated furniture and were not as clean as I had expected. The staff was polite and friendly, but I was given incorrect information upon arrival, which was disappointing. I also found pet hair on the floor mat, which was especially concerning since I was traveling with an infant who was constantly crawling on the floor. Overall, the cleanliness did not meet my expectations.
They charged me twice and never returned my money!
