I arrived with my 92 year-old mother, and we made it in with no problem after parking very close by.
Pros:

Everything was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a hotel!

Cons:

Everything was perfect. I only wish that we didn’t have to pay so much for parking. But that seems to be par for the course when staying at a hotel in a city.

Absolutely perfect.
Pros:

The staff was so polite and friendly. I can't remember her first name. She gave it to me. She was a black girl that had her hair off to the side and pulled up. So sweet and caring. She was the best one. Also the guy checking us out was exceptional also. Very clean and a huge room. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The only thing was our room wasn't ready at 4:30pm. But we just waited and it was fine. We just had to rush to get to the Stadium.

The stay met our expectations and if I ever plan a trip back to Pittsburgh I would stay here again.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was much better than the other hotels we stayed at on our trip.
The comparable hotels were a Hampton Inn, Double Tree, and another Hyatt, in Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington DC.

Cons:

Prices for hotel rooms in Pittsburgh are higher than other cities, so it was comparable to others within the city. We went to Washington DC, Baltimore and Philadelphia on our trip and this one was the most expensive. But I have to say that parking was at least half as expensive as the other cities.
