1st time staying in this Best Western, location was great.
Staff very pleasant.
Price seemed a bargain and now I know why... See below

Cons:

Budget Hotel felt old & tired, not up to the usual standard of Best Westerns that I have stayed in all over the world.
Japanese hotel rooms are generally snug, but this was very very small if I was sharing with someone I think it would have been lost uncomfortable , the room wasnt at all relaxing after a hectic sightseeing day.
