Понравилось все: локация, удобства, панорамные окна и эргономикеа+оснащение номера. Отношение персонала. Одни из лучших завтраков. Дизайн отеля и живые цветы в лобби. Вечерняя программа - живой звук.
Продажа плавательных шапочек для бассейна. причем размер и расцветка явно детские. В других отелях их давали на прокат.
We stayed at The Langham for more than a week, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is excellent: there are plenty of places nearby for shopping, walking, and inspiration, and many of the main attractions in this and neighboring areas are only 10–15 minutes away by taxi.
We had club access, and I would highly recommend choosing it if you have the opportunity. Breakfast is served in a beautiful room on the 27th floor, where you are welcomed by your personal manager, who remembers your preferences and makes the whole experience feel very thoughtful and personal. The breakfasts were truly excellent, with a great selection of both local and European dishes, fresh fish, caviar, and wonderful desserts.
I would especially like to mention our manager, Loretta Lin. Thanks to her, we felt at home — comfortable, cared for, and warmly welcomed. We remember our stay with great affection and already miss this place.
During this trip, we stayed at four different hotels, and The Langham was definitely the best one for us.

This is a good hotel in terms of location and service. The location is unbeatable. The service is good, especially for the club lounge. The lounge staff are very good.
The breakfast buffet and the lounge club lounge are gear towards international travellers. As such, I think they can improve for Cantonese or Chinese clients if they offer Chinese soups and Chinese desert soup. This would be very helpful in the summer time. Food in breakfast and club lounge are good, but you may find Shangri-la or Mandarin oriental better suited for Chinese customers.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi. We travel a fair amount as a family between the U.S., Japan, and China, and this was an easy hotel to like: comfortable, polished, and in a great location without feeling too stuffy.
Xintiandi is a really convenient area to stay in. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and it is easy to get around the city from there. One unexpected bonus was being right across the street from the Huawei, DJI, and Xiaomi showrooms. Those were fun short excursions on their own, especially if you like seeing the latest Chinese tech.
The hotel itself felt very well run. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the service was warm and professional, and it worked well for both adults and kids. It felt upscale without being awkward for a family stay.
It was also priced a bit lower than some comparable five-star hotels in Shanghai during our dates, which is worth considering on a longer trip when hotel costs start to add up.
Overall, I’d happily stay here again. Great location, excellent service, and a very easy luxury hotel to recommend.
