Kamarnya dan fasilitasnya bagus tetapi untuk elektronik seperti lampu kamar, stop kontak bermasalah

Pelayanan Hotelnya luar biasa. Semua staffnya ramah dan bisa bahasa Inggris jadi memudahkan untuk tourist. Wifi hotelnya special bisa buka google, youtube, dan instagram. Kamarnya besar dan viewnya bagus melihat bagian atas Xintiandi.

Cons:

Kamarnya sudah terlihat tua. Toiletnya sudah menguning warnanya. Lampu kamarnya kedap-kedip kalau pilih mode lighting yang medium dan low. Sehingga hanya bisa pakai tombol master untuk nyalain dan matiin lampu kamar. Banyak stop kontak dikamar tidak berfungsi. Bathubnya bocor jadi kalau pakai bathub tempat showernya tergenang banyak air.

Overall: loved it. Would come back. Stayed there for 4 nights, 4 rooms.
Pros:

Location is unbeatable. Right across the street from the Xintiandi malls and restaurant area, and connected to Huai Hai Road where you'll find endless shops, cafes, and restaurants — Songmont flagship store was only a 20-minute walk away. You won't run out of things to do on foot.

Service was impeccable. Staff were friendly, all spoke English well, and went out of their way to help with restaurant reservations and parcel collection/delivery to rooms. One staff member who assisted with our luggage — I believe he was mute — was incredibly warm and helpful. I didn't catch his name but he made an impression.

Rooms were large, spacious, clean, and modern. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was strong with perfect temperature control — if you're someone who needs a proper hot shower, you'll be very happy here.

One small gripe: the turndown service comes around 4–5pm, which I found a bit early. I'd prefer this to happen while guests are out for dinner so you return to a freshened-up room — not while you're still in it deciding what to wear.

Gym was great, though a couple of machines were out of order. There's a really nice shower area for post-gym and post-swim, and a big pool too (though I didn't use it).

Breakfast spread was fantastic — good mix of Western, Chinese, and Indian options. They also let you grab a free takeaway coffee (latte, flat white, etc.) from the breakfast restaurant, which is a nice touch.

The lounge has a live band at night. Not really my thing personally, but the lounge staff were friendly and attentive — we had drinks there on two evenings and it was a nice way to wind down.

A true home away from home.
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the room is beautifully decorated. The hotel also offers the best breakfast in Shanghai.

신천지 지역 내에서도 깨끗하고 고급스러운 거리에 위치하고 있어 좋았습니다.
직원분들도 친절하고, 전반적인 응대수준도 만족스러웠습니다.
배달을 잘못 시켜서 수령하지 못할뻔 했는데, 도어맨(?)이 배달업체 고객센터에까지 전화해서 해결해주셔서 감동이었습니다.

Cons:

다른 방에서 요청한 물건들이 룸넘버를 착각해 우리 방으로 잘못 전달되는 경우가 두번이나 있었습니다. 주의가 필요해보입니다.
