The Team and the service was impeccable. Thank you to every single one. Nice choice though smaller breakfast buffet.
The building and facilities show some age. The pool area lacks atmosphere. No healthy whole grain bread or oats at breakfast. Mostly toast bread only.

Such a stunning hotel and the rooms are beautiful. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Staff are helpful and speak English. The hotel is in a very glamorous part of Shanghai. A very luxurious stay. I’ll be back.
There were some issues prior to arrival regarding payment and incorrect/conflicting information given to me. In saying that, the hotel worked very hard to fix this issue and they resolved it above my expected satisfaction. This is to their credit. Thank you

Продажа плавательных шапочек для бассейна. причем размер и расцветка явно детские. В других отелях их давали на прокат.
