I will not come again
Pros:

The supervisor Mr. Ayman and Mr. Ahmad were very supportive and friendly.

Cons:

I am writing to report unacceptable service from the night shift team on Thursday night (after midnight). It took two hours to receive water delivered to our room, and to make matters worse, staff hung up on my daughter while she was speaking. This level of service and disrespect is completely unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be addressed immediately.

Pros:

The receptionist is so welcoming and respectful. The room is spacious and clean. The beach view is gorgeous.

Cons:

WiFi signal was a bit weak in the room. Also, there is a daily pool party in the evening so you may experience some noise until 11 pm if your room has a pool view.

This resort is honestly a 10/10 and i couldnt recommend it more! What made our stay even better was Shaimaa Sherine
Pros:

The location of this resort is amazing. You can walk to so many fast food places, and there is also a grocery store you can walk to. The property is very well kept and clean, and there is also a bunch of restaurants in the walkway of the resort. There are many pools and a private pool for VIP guests. The main beach was clean and the private beach was so calm and also clean.

A sure vacation spot for the future. Loved the change and hospitality 🌹
Pros:

Things have changed drastically. The private pool and beach facilities were amazing giving us the opportunity to enjoy our time in the water without feeling overcrowded by others. The hospitality was incredible with everyone trying to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. A very special thanks to Ms. Eman from guest relations for constantly following up and doing everything in her power to make the stay more than exceptional; Seif Ashraf at Reva beach for his exquisite hospitality and welcoming smile; and of course Mr. Karim at the reception desk who made everything a breeze during check in and check out while taking care of any of anything we requested immediately during our stay. Honestly, even though I had stopped going to the hotel for years, they made it a sure choice for our future vacations. Thank you 🌹

It was a wonderful experience.
I even had a concern about the room, so I went down to the reception and met *Mr. Mohamed Khamis, the Hotel Rooms supervisor *. He immediately changed the room for me and did more than was required. He told me, "Our top priority is guest satisfaction," and he truly went above and beyond.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to *the IT Manager, Engineer Ali*, who set up the internet for us and fixed the TV. He came back several times to make sure everything was working well.

All the other staff and employees, even the golf cart drivers, were very friendly, respectful, and welcoming.

This experience made me decide that after staying in other places, *this hotel will be my permanent place to stay*.

Thank you to the hotel and the management in general,
And a special thank you to the respectful individuals mentioned above and to the entire team.

The change is not only in the name—it is a complete transformation in the guest experience and customer delight. Every detail reflected genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a true commitment to making guests feel special.
A very special thank you to Ms. Eman Mohamed from Guests Relation , who contacted us before our arrival and took care of us throughout our stay. She kept surprising us with thoughtful VIP experiences and handled every request with incredible speed, care, and a warm smile. She truly made us feel like valued guests.
Our sincere appreciation also goes to Mr. Ayoub at the reception for his fast, smooth, and highly professional check-in, which gave us a perfect start to our vacation. And Mr. Ahmed for smooth Check out .
