An unforgettable family stay with exceptional hospitality and outstanding service.
Pros:

I stayed at M Hotel with my family and my kids, and we had an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.

The service truly reflects 5 star hotel the FO team was outstanding, especially AFOM Mr. Ayman and GRM Ms. Mayar, who were incredibly helpful, responded to our requests within minutes, and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

We also had a wonderful experience at the beach restaurant. Abdullah and Ali provided excellent service with genuine hospitality, and the lifeguards were always attentive, making us feel safe and comfortable while our kids enjoyed the beach.

The HK team did an amazing job throughout our stay, keeping everything spotless and ensuring we had everything we needed.

After the renovation, the hotel looks absolutely beautiful the rooms are modern and elegant, and the marina view is breathtaking. We also loved the Greek restaurant the food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was exceptional.

My family and children truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you to the entire M Hotel team for making our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for outstanding hospitality.

I like the hotel and stayed there several times but this year less than my expectation so I hope next stay will be bett
Pros:

*Hospatilaty and quality of Rooms and pools
*Hotel staff specially Mr.Ayman reception supervisor and Ms. shimaa who help in everything and did their best

Cons:

*Late in check in process and reception delay and over crowding
*Food quality specially in dinner less then expectation
*Entertainment and almost majority of resturants in Mashyaa Still not working
*Still hotel under Renovation although they confirm
That renovation will end 30 June

تجربه سيئه فى الوقت الحالى

النظافه كويسه الاكل مقبول الضيافه كويسه والخدمع كويسه وسرعه الرد

اولا الشكوه من booking نفسها لان الموقع مبعتش أن الفندق تحت الصيانه والأماكن كلها مغلقه كمان السعر كان مبالغ فيه لأننا شوفنا ناس حجزه بنفس السعر وواحده have bord واحنا كما فطار فقط وتسبب ذلك لعدم وجود مكان للعشاء مساءا
وسعر البوفيه فى الفندق للعشاء مبالغ فيه 1000جنيه للفرد واحنا 4افراد يعنى حندفع حوالى 16,الف جنيه اكل الاعضاء اكثر من ثمن الحجز
انا بالنسبه للفندق فهو معقول وللاسف بسبب وجود تجديدات كل الاماكن مغلقه بالاضافه لوجود عمال وكان من الصعب اننا نطلع من البحر بالميوهات وعرضه اننا نتحرك أمام العمال كسيدات
وعند شكوتنا للفندق الاستاذ ايمن شعبان بعت لنا اعتذار وكان زوق جدا فى سرعه التفاعل
أرجو أن ذلك لا يتكرر مره اخرى ولا أعتقد انى سوف اقوم بهذه التجربه مره اخرى
ايضا لايوجد منشر داخلى بالفندق وقد طلبت ولكن اترفض الطلب رحجه أنهم بيشيلوا المنتشر بالرغم أن فى غرف كان بها منتشر وخصوصا أن ده مصيف وبنحتاج لتجفيف الملابس حتى قبل إرسالها المغسله

اعجبني كثيرا تنسيق الغرفه يوميا وعمل اشكال جميلة بالمناشف كانت رائعة
نظافة المسبح وتعاون الطاقم المشرف عليه
نظافة الشاطئ وفريق الانيميشن
وجود كارفور بالفندق
توفير عربات الجلف للانتقال بين مرافق المنتجع في اي وقت وبإبتسامة لطيفة

A complimentary fruit platter provided every day as a welcoming gesture.
The warm smiles and professionalism of all staff members, starting from the reception team and security personnel to all other employees. Everyone was eager to assist and ensure a memorable guest experience.
I particularly appreciated the daily room decoration and the creative towel arrangements, which were truly delightful.
The cleanliness of the swimming pool and the helpfulness of the pool staff.
The well-maintained beach area and the enthusiastic animation team.
The presence of a Carrefour store within the hotel premises.
The availability of golf carts for transportation between the resort facilities at any time, always accompanied by courteous and friendly service.

I would like to extend my special thanks to Hotel Manager Mr. Mohamed Khamis and Ms. Eman Samir from the Guest Relations Department for their prompt response and continuous efforts to ensure guests’ comfort. وجود بعض الاصلاحات بالفندق والتي اتمني ان تنتهي سريعا وارجو إعادة النظر في تركيب وتشغيل العاب الاكوا

There were some ongoing renovation and maintenance works within the hotel, and I hope they will be completed soon.

.Access only to lake and there is no access to the sea
.repairs should be in May preseason not in June
.walkways at porto still closed at June due to late repairs
.No access to other gates of Marina as 1.2.3
.couldn't replace Breakfast meal with dinner

Perfect relaxing vacation with the best room view
Pros:

Everything was perfect, hotel is a on great position close to the beach and views from the room are amazing. On the top of that there is also hotel staff, that really makes your stay special, they are very helpful and caring for their guests and listen to your wishes. They even upgraded my room without asking, only the nicest words for them really🙏🏻
