El trato del personal fue muy bueno. Todos muy amables
La comida del bar del hotel era muy mala. Probamos desde platos con carne y pastas hasta pizza y lamentablemente ninguno era para destacar. Materia prima de calidad regular.
Respecto a las habitaciones, para ser una cadena grande y estar en 2026, tener televisores tan viejos, baja bastante la calidad.

El hotel es muy lindo, tiene habitaciones amplias y cómodas con muy linda vista. El area exterior es muy grande, tiene un muelle para pesca deportiva, practica de golf, cancha de futbol, de voley y algunas cosas mas. Tambien hay un area especial para chicos dentro del hotel que tiene metegol y pool y ping pong. El desayuno abundante y rico.
La distancia del casco histórico es bastante, recomiendo ir con auto o alquilar allá. La cena buffet es cara para lo que ofrece. En la habitación no habia frigobar, estaba la heladera desenchufada y no tenia nada adentro.

Se escuchan mucho los ruidos entre las habitaciones.
Servicio de Merienda limitado. No hay opciones sin harina.

Lo único de lo que podría quejarme es que había muchas familias con niños gritando todo el tiempo, en el desayuno, en la cena, en la pileta (se tiraban aunque esté el cartel de prohibido zambullirse).

La comida. La cena en el restoran y el bar estaba fea.
La habitación grande comoda bien equipada impecable y con muy linda vista al río. Les hice un pedido especial y me lo cumplieron muchas gracias!
La pileta climatizada no estaba caliente. El desayuno fue caótico porqie había muchísima gente, dieron turnos pero los del turno anterior no se iban. Tal vez deberían habilitar otro salón cuando hay tanta gente.

Los precios del lobby bar (400 pesos un sanguche chico). Las bicicletas en mal estado, inseguras. No hay cafetera ni café instantáneo en la habitación. El café del desayuno bastante feo, quemado.
