En la recepción me dieron a firmar una hoja que no era la mía y por mail me enviaron la factura de otra persona: son datos sensibles que deberían protegerse mejor.

Excelente la atención de todo el personal y las instalaciones en general estan muy bien.
Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno. Buffet. Sugieren reservar horario pero no es una condición. Es a los fines de ordenar adecuadamente el salón. Piscina no la utilice y GYM esta bien, con las maquinas necesarias y todas en muy buen estado.

Cons:

Es momento de actualizarlo un poco en detalles de la construcción. Se le notan los años, si bien en general esta bien mantenido, hay pisos de madera rayados en el lobby bar, y algunos otros detalles que exhiben la antigüedad del edificio. Nada que opaque el bienestar de la estadía, pero por tratarse de un 5estrellas deberían comenzar a actualizarlo.

Excelente atención en las áreas de comida y recepción.
Pros:

La pileta in out me encantó, hicimos esa experiencia de noche y fue preciosa. No pudimos disfrutar mucho de la naturaleza alrededor por el mal tiempo pero valió la pena. Las habitaciones son cómodas y les agregaría chinelas para ir a la piscina.

Es lindo todo, mejorables algunas alfombras de los corredores.

Que no habia salidas de baño para niños ni vaso de plastico para ellos. El entretenimiento para niños es escaso y tiene poco poder de convocatoria y el kids club no le gusto ami hijo de 5 años.

Las instalaciones, las piletas, el spa, los jardines. Todo es muy confortable.

Cons:

Cenar es muy caro, cobran en dólares.
Debería haber alguna alternativa más moderada económicamente.

No me gustó que con todos los televisores que hay los a empleados se negaran a sintonizar el canal para poder ver Wimbledon al menos en una pantalla, argumentando que solo se pueden ver programas del mundial de fútbol durante el torneo (durante la mañana cuando no se estaba jugando ningún partido). Me pareció rígida la postura

Deberian mejorar kids club, organizar actividades para los niños sin que tengsn que estar los adultos con ellos.
