La ducha no funcionó, ... ese día salia del hotel y resido en el país por lo que simplemente salimos, pero es una pena que la ducha no funcionara, muy deficiente mantenimiento.

Cons:

El banado estaba danado. staff no me queria dar parqueo de huesped a pesar de serlo. El hotel estaba algo saturado por eventos pero habia parque reservados para huespedes

La relación precio calidad no es la mejor

Ubicación

Cons:

- Estacionamiento, bloquean espacios con conos y no se entiende porque hay que estar explicando cada vez que uno se hospeda en el hotel.
- Habitación desactualizada para un hotel de ese costo.
- El servicio en el restaurante no es el mejor.

Definitely a new favorite
Pros:

The hotel is just gorgeous! I really enjoyed the coffee shop outdoor space!! Their coffee and pastries are excellent. The breakfast is one of the best I've had in a hotel in a long time,.. the view is the cherry on the sundae! Must visit the gift shop: excellent prices and beautiful items.

Cons:

I wish there was a bathrobe and slippers like the good old days. Also the carpet smel was unpleasant -probably because of humidity.
