The breakfast was average, no coffee machines just flasks, no variety whatsoever. The lifts are sketchy, the toilet doesn’t flush properly and the parking is tight

The stay was pleasant and we got what we paid for. The staff made up of the quality of product.
Pros:

The room was clean to my standards, and the staff were extremely helpful, happy and friendly.
It was easy to get an UBER to go to any destination.

Cons:

A humming sound from the second-floor HVAC system was constant, even from the hotel's twelfth floor.
The sky bar was quite sparsely stocked, but the staff were extremely accommodating to our requests.

Friendly hotel
Pros:

First stop in South Africa. We were generously welcomed at a very early hour. Great service, great food, very highly recommended. We will not hesitate to stay here on our return.

what a poor experience
Pros:

I was not impressed by this Hotel compared to other Hotels I stayed in when coming to Johannesburg this was by far the worst. the carpets are dirty the curtains have stains everything seems so dark the minimum food selection and then they dont have the item you do end up selecting on the menu. once good thing the prices is affordable but thats it.

The place was located in the middle of a CBD town with Vomit on the road .
The rooms were terrible and the elevators did not work - I had to walk down 12 flights of stairs.

Everything about this place is different to what is put on Booking.com

Stressful, although there staff member who tried their best to ensure that we were comfortable but the hotel is not well

Cons:

They were still busy cleaning the room when I opened the door after checking in, there was an odour in the carpet and bathroom area to a point where we asked to change rooms. When we got to the new room the aircon was not working and the next day we had no hot water. The breakfast was less than impressive. I definitely will not be going back
