La pulizia e la presenza di tutti i comfort possibili, dalla macchinetta del caffè al ferro da stiro. Ottima anche la posizione, ben servita da ristoranti e supermercati e vicinissima al centro e alle principali attrazioni, oltre che alla fermata metro. Ottima anche la colazione.

The location was fantastic: the hotel was in a very well-connected yet super quiet neighbourhood, not too touristy, with plenty of reasonably priced restaurants to choose from. Overall, it was a great location. The place was clean, quiet, and also reasonably affordable.
The main downside was the bathroom setup. The shower was completely transparent, made of clear glass, and basically placed in the middle of the bedroom. Luckily, I was travelling with my wife, but I can imagine it would have been quite awkward if I had been there with a friend, a colleague, or a family member. This was not mentioned anywhere in the description.
Only the toilet is actually separated; the sink and shower are essentially part of the bedroom. So, if you are booking a double room with someone, make sure it is someone you are very comfortable with. I mention this because double rooms are not necessarily only for couples; I have sometimes booked them with friends as well.
The room was quite clean overall, but there was carpet everywhere, which unfortunately seems to be common in many European hotels. As someone who is allergic to dust, carpets can be a problem for me, and I would have appreciated knowing in advance whether the room had carpeted floors.
Another small issue was the water. We were given one bottle of water for the entire stay. I do not necessarily expect a free bottle every day, but it would be a nice gesture, especially considering how little it costs. Also, when we asked for another bottle at reception, the staff member replied rather coldly: “You can drink the tap water, it is actually very good.” While that may be true, the way it was said felt quite dismissive. She could have simply explained the hotel policy in a more polite and helpful way.
Overall, it is a nice hotel, in a great location and reasonably priced, but there are two or three issues that, if improved, would make the experience much better.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, nous sommes à 20 min à pied de tout …! Sinon il y a le tramway juste à côté et qui desserre très bien ..! J’ai aimé l’hôtel qui est très joli, et le petit déjeuner qui était bon et varié ..! Nous ne sommes pas restés très longtemps sur Vienne donc nous n’avons pas eu le temps de faire le tour complet de l’hôtel ..!
J’ai trouvé cela dommage que dans la suite, il n’y ait pas une remise à niveau ( à minima ) de l’eau, au moins 1 bouteille par jour cela aurait été appréciable, le mini bar était complètement vide .! Il n’y a pas non plus de téléphone pour appeler la conciergerie ..! Mise à part cela, j’ai n’ai vraiment pas de point négatif à dire.
