It was very relaxing in spite of my short stay.
Pros:

It was close to the down town shopping area

Cons:

I think they should include breakfast in our package deal instead of paying separately my opinion.

"The luxurious Stay"
Pros:

I definitely definitely recommend Hyatt Hotel. It is a 10/10 for sure everything is amazing it is very luxury and comfortable the prices are worth it. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the staffs are cool and friendly they are really kind I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt and I will definitely be back soon.

Pros:

Room and view was amazing for the price. Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. I would choose Hyatt out of most hotels in Trinidad bcuz of the ambience and environment.

Exceptional Service and an Amazing Stay!
Pros:

Everything was amazing, and I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Hyatt. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Micah, the pool bar team, and the entire Hyatt staff for making our stay so memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

Service was amazing especially it's was a pleasure to meet and chat with Nicholas the Security I asked him for towels and water he got it for me immediately and was so kind I will definitely be back because of him such a handsome guy we spoke for such a long time due the fact that I lost my mom to cancer and yet the conversation was delightful and uplifting I hope to meet up with him again really made my experience one I cannot forget... Thanks Nicholas: please give him some kind of appreciation on behalf of me

Great Experience for our One Night Stay!
Pros:

Great hotel, we'll maintained, with very friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to make sure our one night stay was pleasant. Food at bar restaurant and breakfast buffet were pricey but spectacular in terms of food quality.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt, der jedoch durch einen Vorfall beim Frühstück getrübt wurde. Nicht durch das Verhalten des Personals (sie waren vorbildlich), sondern durch das grobe und ungehobelte Verhalten eines Gastes, der offenbar der Meinung war, dass nicht genug heißes Wasser für ihren Tee ausreiche, um zu rechtfertigen, dass sie zu unserem Tisch kommt, um den Kellner tatsächlich anzuschreien. Es war herzzerreissend mitanzusehen, und es erforderte jede Menge Selbstbeherrschung, nicht direkt einzugreifen. Zum Glück hatten wir die Gelegenheit, dem Manager zu erklären, was wir von unserer Seite aus beobachtet hatten. So großartige Mitarbeiter verdienen sicherlich keine solcherlei Misshandlungen von irgendjemandem – selbst wenn einmal etwas schiefgeht.

Cons:

Eine der Freuden, die ich habe, ist, den Blick aufs Meer genießen zu können. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt und wir wurden gebeten, die Rollos geschlossen zu halten, was ich zwar nachvollziehen konnte. Ich war jedoch enttäuscht, diesen Ausblick nicht genießen zu können.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Very effecient and prompt check-in. Natoya at front desk was superb.
Room was clean and had everything I needed.
I had a massage at the spa and enjoyed the experience thoroughly.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and so was the service.
The highlight for me however, was "wine down Wednesday" at the waterfront. The combination of the wine, food and entertainment with the sunset views.....Amazing!

Great customer service
Pros:

I’ve always chosen Hyatt regency in Trinidad to celebrate with my wife. Sometimes it’s just dinner and sometimes it’s a night over just to get away. This instance we were celebrating our anniversary of being 21 years together and we could have only do dinner but upon arriving we realized there was a special “grill night “ that night in which we opted for. The reason for this post is to highlight the exceptional service by our waitress that evening,Kim went above and beyond to attend to us in a very timely although it was very busy night and I must say it’s times like this and persons like Kim that continue to make our world a better place. If I ever have to think twice in the future of going to the Hyatt I’ll always choose it because of this experience and Kim.
