The were professional and friendly, they dealt with issues and request in a timely manner.

Tolles Hotel, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt in Trinidad und Tobago, aber das erste mal in diesem Hotel. Das Hyatt war genau die richtige Entscheidung für den Zweck unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthaltes. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Toll der Infinity Pool und die Aussicht von dort, sehr entspannend um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Poolbereich war bis 20 Uhr Abends geöffnet, klasse!

Cons:

Was mir immer wieder auffällt, es könnte bessere Haar Fön geben, aber das ist in allen Hotels in denen wir je waren, 4 und 5 Sterne Hotels gleich.
