Overall it was very good from thew staff to the location however the furniture was unacceptable.
Pros:

location was very good to enable getting around on foot.

Cons:

the two couches in the room were very grubby and really need throwing out.

Good stay but little rude staff
Pros:

The view was good, but it had a weird smell, but overall it was comfortable and big enough for 4 people

Cons:

One of the lady who was there when we checked out was rude and another lady when we checked in was very nice and sweet

Not happy.
Cons:

The wifi didn't work 90% of the time.
I notified them of early exit within 3 hours of arrival on a 3 day stay but refused to give me a refund. Also she lied and said I didn't inform them of early exit till the 2nd day.
Front desk women was condescending when discussing the refund.
No room cleaning, because no staff were available on the 2nd day. Smart tv wouldn't connect because the internet was rubbish 🙄 😒 not a good experience.

Very clean, acceptable, but extremely dated. Needs a big refurbishment.

Quiet air-conditioning, able to sleep with the heater on low.

Cons:

Dated, piddly little glass (to have a G&T), very old decor. Minimal of everything including very thin and small towels, mould in bathroom - and they know about it, because when we walked in there was an overpowering smell of chlorine/bleach. Very loud extractor fan in the bathroom, like a jet engine.
It just didn’t feel like a luxurious place to stay. The rooms all need remodelling. It’s very dated.

We loved our stay. Walked most of the city and surrounds. Great location to attend AFL footy game. Easy access to shop
Pros:

Perfect location - wonderful views from Level 2. Heating worked well for very cool evenings. Facilities to cook meals - oven, microwave etc. 2 bedrooms.

Cons:

Bottom element in oven tends to burn food - may need a second rack so the existing one can buffer the food cooking above it. Needs a shower caddy for soap, shampoo bottles etc.
