Cons:

They wanted their cups washed and put away if you used them. The TV only had 6 channels. A bit pricey for an old motel.

Exceptional, we had a lovely stay and would definitely book again
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. Very comfortable and clean. Great location. The fully equipped kitchen was fantastic especially. The reception staff were friendly and accomodating. You also get to see a Lovely view of Launceston from the balcony. Highly recommend and will be back, hopefully next year.

Adequate for our needs for the weekend but we won’t be back. Unwelcoming staff and outdated facilities with worn out bed
Pros:

Off street parking, close to town but relatively quiet

Cons:

The staff on reception did not acknowledge us as we were coming and going. No smile, didn’t look up from their computer even when we said hello on our way past.

location, view was good.

Cons:

What stood out initially was the damaged carpet tiles which are designed to be replaced. [perhaps from under a bed].The two sofa's needed replacing some years ago, disgusting. The cupboard built around the hot water unit in the bathroom belies belief. The decision to allow 400 mm to the toilet seat is bizarre.

Always nice to stay at Adina when we are visiting Launceston
Pros:

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable rooms, a nice little balcony to enjoy the view of Launceston, its also a 7 min walk to our favourite eatery!

Cons:

Water temperature in the shower can sometimes fluctuate quickly from hot to cold, depending on which part of the hotel you are staying in. We have stayed here more than 8 times, so it's not a big deal at all! and is quite understandable based on the type of water system currently installed.

As an aging person the climb from the shops to the location was challenging. I would have been more comfortable with a higher quality lock on the door.
