We had a reservation for three nights. However, on the first night we were not given the room we had booked. When we asked to be moved to the correct room, the staff first pretended not to understand our request and then refused to give us the room. Only after we strongly expressed our dissatisfaction did they promise to move us to the room we had originally booked.
The next morning, we were told to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m., while the new room would not be available until 2:00 p.m. As a result, we had to unpack and repack all of our belongings twice and change our plans for the day.
What made the situation even worse was that neither the evening staff nor the morning staff apologized—not even once. Instead, they laughed at us. It was obvious that they did not care about their guests or about the hotel’s reputation.

Not so much good, but ok to stay 1 night
Pros:

Location is really good

Cons:

There was no hot water in shower, smell of canalization in room, lady in dining hall is very rude (we spent night in hospital and came little late for breakfast. Some people still were eating in there, but she didn’t let us get anything for snack and run after us as we are thieves). She destroyed all good impression about reception men)

Konumu çok iyi.. M1 metro durağına sadece 100m mesafede. Ve 10dk içinde merkezdesiniz. Oda geniş. Yatak fena degil rahat. Çarşaflar kirli veya kokulu değildi temiz diyebilirim. Kimileri bundan şikayet etmişler. Buzdolabi olması olumlu bir durum bilhassa yaz mevsimi için. Kahvaltısı ortalama düzeyde, yeterli diyebilirim. Resepsiyonda Çalışan beyaz sakallı bey çok misafirperver idi.

Cons:

Kliması oda tipi borulu olandan ve motoru gürültülü çalışıyor. Gece rahatsız edebilir. Kapatırsanız da biraz sıcak oluyor bilhassa sıcak bir dönemde gittiyseniz.
