Great location if you're sleeping through the day and partying through the night.
Pros:

Great location on Patong Beach road. Just one minute's walk from Bangla Road. Very friendly Staff. Good food from their restaurant. Clean and spacious room.

Cons:

A/C seemed a little under-powered. The close proximity to Patong Beach and Bangla Road means a lot of noise from sunset until 4:00 am. Stairs to the upper level are in decay and need replacing.

Overall excellent location , next to Bangla road and opposite to the sea beach.
Pros:

Location is very good and this is the second time I have stayed there.

Cons:

Rooms looks very vintage, reception staffs were very busy all the time and sometimes felt little rude too. Most probably due to language barrier. Breakfast is with limited options and everyday more or less the same breakfast.

Not a reflection on the hotel but the noise from Bangla Road has made it impossible to stay at this
Pros:

Setting is pretty.

Cons:

Pillows lumpy. Rooms need updating. Shower set too high and bad angle that you cant stand under. Pool is not refreshing.
