Excellent hospitality and a wonderful experience overall.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Fukuoka. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and offers excellent facilities, but the true highlight is its exceptional staff.

Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. In particular, Ms. Ayumi Matsumoto and Ms. Shino went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made our stay truly special and memorable.

Excellent hospitality and a wonderful experience overall. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hilton Fukuoka!
