Pros:

The young man on reception was superb. Checked our tv (wouldn't work)and moved us to another room. Helped with luggage on departure.

Cons:

Unfortunately the evening restaurant wasn't open due to a bereavement.

My stay was very nice, everything in my room was clean and tidy, bed was nice and comfy and the tea and coffee selection
Pros:

Room was warm and clean, bed was really comfortable. Bathroom and shower were good. Nice and close to town, alot of things in walking distance.

Cons:

The heater wasn’t very warm, would be nice with a heat pump or something instead of a little plug in heater. Didn’t want to run that little heater too long.
