Für eine Nacht OK - länger würde ich hier nicht "geplant" nächtigen.
Pros:

Keine übertriebenen Highlights. Sauberes, einfaches Hotel. Zimmer OK. Zweck für eine Nacht erfüllt.

Cons:

Leider war das 1/2 Hotel von einem Baugerüst umgeben, auch unser Zimmer, sodass man irgendwie darauf gewartet hat, dass vielleicht ein Arbeiter vom Gerüst ins Zimmer schaut. (was aber zum Glück nicht der Fall war).

The construction was annoying and made me regret paying extra to stay here.
Pros:

The room was great, and I really enjoyed the amenities onsite. The breakfast was pretty good, and I especially loved the coffee machine. The staff were super friendly.

Cons:

I paid extra to stay at this location instead of staying elsewhere because I expected more. However, if I had known there would be construction going on, I would have stayed elsewhere. I tried to sleep in, but I was woken up at 6:30am by a ton of construction noise right outside my room. I understand that the work needs to be done, and it’s probably better to do it early in the morning because of the heat, but 6:30am still felt way too early.

paid for two days Thursday and Friday, room was so hot and uncomfortable we left Friday afternoon.

Würde jederzeit wiederkommen
Pros:

Der Hauptgrund für unsere Wahl war die Nähe zum Joshua Tree National Park. Das Hotel liegt wirklich sehr nah am Nationalpark, was für uns ideal war. Unser Zimmer war außerdem sehr groß und geräumig.

Der Pool war zwar nicht besonders groß, für uns aber völlig ausreichend. Am Pool gab es einen elektrischen Grill, den wir auch genutzt haben.

Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch: Pappteller, Milch aus dem Tetrapak und Pancakes aus dem Automaten. Aber das ist in den USA eben häufig so und hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Der Koch war außerdem sehr freundlich.

Jederzeit gerne wieder
Pros:

Wie man es bei Holiday Inn gewohnt ist. Passt eigentlich immer alles. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Die Betten sehr bequem und die Klima tut das was sie soll. Der Pool war in Ordnung. Derzeit wird alles renoviert daher sind die Fenster abgeklebt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar. Nichts besonders. Die Dame am Empfang war leider nicht gesprächig bzw. höflich.
