Pros:

Les personnes qui travaillent à l’intérieur, ils étaient au top

Cons:

Le petit-déj’ était pas au top les œufs brouillés
Ils avaient pas le goût de les, ils étaient trop secs
Le buffet il était pas aussi varié malheureusement
Par rapport au même hôtel de Sarrebruck et des personnes devant la porte de l’hôtel, qu’il consomme de la drogue et de l’alcool ça donne une mauvaise image pour l’hôtel

Nothing significant. The confirmed reservation was not available on arrival, which overshadowed the entire experience.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. Despite having a confirmed Booking.com reservation, the hotel could not find the booking on arrival and refused check-in. My family and I were forced to make a new reservation at a higher price. Even more frustrating, Booking.com customer support was unreachable when urgent assistance was needed. It has been several days and I still have not received a satisfactory response or resolution from Booking.com. Poor customer service and a stressful experience that I would not expect from a major booking platform.

Quick and easy location. One night in Frankfurt then onward. Early out to catch a flight. Good coffee shop 2 blocks away opened early.

The whole facility was spotless,very quiet and very helpfull and nice staff

Cons:

Vending machine with drinks didn't work for us but it wasn't a problem really
No ironing equipment in the room
