Great value for the money - highly recommend it
Pros:

The idea with the glass bottle of water that you can refill for free is a great thing. Usually we would find a supermarket and buy water and of course other things but this time no - which saved us money & time and kept us hydrated.
We also liked the idea of free coffee, tea at any time & the treats zone - although we did not used but give us a nice feeling and we took with us every morning an apple or a banana without feeling shy.
Had the best cherry tomatoes at breakfast. Highly recommend them.
Breakfast is very nice - has everything one needs - all fresh & tasty.
The room is clean, great bed, spacious bathroom with everything one needs.
The hotel is situated 3 minutes ways from the Metro station Namur (Lines 2 or 6 to Elisabeth), 16 minutes walk or metro from Midi station (if you need to take the bus to the Charleroi airport) and about 10-11 euro Bolt drive. (2026)
Also most of the sights are in walking distance - 15-20 minutes walk. (or metro/bus)
The staff is very helpful and nice - always smiling in a real way and ready to assist.

Cons:

The street is a little bit shady (but without feeling unsafe - is just not that clean)- but is only a 2 minute walk - and also is good there is no noise.

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel propre, confortable et idéalement situé à deux pas du centre ville.
Pros:

À notre arrivée, le quartier ne nous a pas tout de suite rassurés, mais cette impression s’est rapidement dissipée. Nous avons laissé la voiture dans la rue sans rencontrer le moindre problème.

Concernant l’hôtel, il était magnifique et très propre. L’entrée donne une impression presque luxueuse, la chambre était calme et le lit extrêmement confortable. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis, un grand merci au monsieur de la réception pour sa gentillesse.

Côté emplacement, rien à redire : idéalement situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied, avec le centre de Bruxelles à seulement 15 minutes de marche.

Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel !

a friendly place, where you feel like you are staying with your close friends in a youth hostel.
Pros:

very friendly staff, coffee corner opened for free alll day, nice for leisure or business. you need to walk few minutes to the city center, but it is not far.

Cons:

it was impossible to find without a GPS. it is a side street and signboard is not easy to see. to reach the place from the train station you need a Taxi, at least 15 Euro

I was trapped between the automatic doors and did not receive help
Pros:

Breakfast was not included

Cons:

I went to celebrate pride, but when I came back from the parade I was stuck between the two doors and it took a long time for an attendant to help me. There were two attendants, but it seems that they both ignored me stuck at the door and decided to open around 20 minutes later.
