This is a beautiful hotel with great service and great location, with little glitches
Pros:

The breakfast was good, but the quality of the food seems to have declined in the last couple years.

Cons:

The hotel is older, the wiring and the switches have problems here and there. Also the appliances in the rooms are not checked daily. Such as our coffee maker does not work.

Чувствуешь себя желанным гостем
Pros:

Очень приятное проживание. Шикарный номер, великолепный персонал, вкусный завтрак в красивой зале-гостиной). Сюда хочется вернуться.

Cons:

Обман. На booking заявлено, что это историческое задание, которое находится на набережной. Но это не так. Очень были разочарованы этим фактом.

Прекрасный отель! Чисто, хорошие завтраки, приветливый персонал.
Очень красивый старый корпус, куда можно прогуляться.
Великолепно!

Так же понравился спа, Отличный басейн и зоны отдыха, в бассейне всегда находится спасатель.

Cons:

Была какая-то сложность с обслуживанием номеров, слишком долго доставляли, один раз вообще не увидели наш заказ, который я сделала онлайн и после того как я начала звонить, искать, его принесли только через час и частями. Нужно, конечно , доработать этот момент.

the photos do not exactly represent the location. The photos look like hotel is directly on the bund, whereas in reality the hotel rooms building is further and faces almost wall to wall other buildings

Outstanding stay at the Waldorf!
Pros:

We had the most outstanding stay at the Waldorf on the Bund in Shanghai! The buildings, rooms, decor were beautifully done and very comfortable. Jason and the concierge team were extremely helpful with dining reservations, shopping tips, and transportation from the hotel. Jonny and Roy provided excellent service helping my elderly father at the pool. The pool has a lovely view of historic buildings and was very peaceful in the mornings. Everything was well stocked - exactly what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Out of our stays in Asia, we enjoyed this Waldorf the most. Will definitely be back!

Business in Shanghai - awesome views
Pros:

Stayed here for business and loved the room, amazing deco, incredible views of the Bund and really nice breakfast too. I needed a room earlier and the only way was to get an upgrade which was a little annoying but the room was really lovely
