With a good facelift this could be an awesome place to stay.
Pros:

Spacious room, good pillows, great layout, great location.

Cons:

Very run-down and needing a facelift. With only two portable bar oil heaters (one of which was little with a broken leg on it) my elderly mother really felt the cold.

Good, but needs improvement
Pros:

Roomy apartments, good bed, clean excrpt gor the blinds. Great location

Cons:

The blinds are old and dirty. A lot of street noise unfortunately
