Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in die Executive Suite bekommen.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem noch absolut OK.

Pros:

Lokalizacja była dobra pod nasze potrzeby (ładna spokojna dzielnica oddalona od zgiełku centrum). Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Obiekt pewnie był ładny… ale 25 lat temu. Właściwie wszystko wymaga remontu, nie oceniam jedynie basenu bo z niego nie korzystaliśmy a z daleka wyglądał że jest w okej stanie, cała reszta ledwo żyje. Wszystko jest albo porysowane albo poluzowane, np odpadające drzwiczki od lodówki w pokoju, niedziałający przełącznik prysznica który sprawiał że woda leciała jednocześnie do wanny i z prysznica, super dziwne pokrętło, ustawienie temperatury wody graniczy z cudem. Widać było też że łazienka przeszła niejedno zalanie, podmokła framuga i dużo kamienia przy wannie. Dwa osobne materace złączone w jeden w łóżku sprawiały że ciągle zapadaliśmy się do środka, klimatyzacja pamięta okres paleozoiku i pracuje bardzo głośno nawet w najsłabszym trybie. Do tego śniadanie jak na 5 gwiazdkowy hotel dość smutne, nieduży wybór a jakość warzyw opłakana (suche ogórki i pomidory bez smaku w Grecji, serio?)

Fantastic hotel!
Pros:

We loved the hotel, they upgraded our rooms & the staff were really helpful. Nice pool area too!

Cons:

The food at the pool is nice a but a bit much for lunch by the pool, more snacks like a burger, would've been great.
