Pros:

A 3* hotel posing and charging as a 5*
Pros:

It was clean. The breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

The deceptive categorisation of this hotel as 5*. This is ridiculous. Based on our experience, this is a good 3* hotel. I have no idea what can have possibly made the Greek authorities to grant it a 5*, especially as this is a country with good tourist standards. The hotel lacked in staff to come anywhere near 5*. No room service was offered nor was there any guidance to the hotel’s services on offer. On arrival no one greeted and there was no one to take our luggage. There was no cooked breakfast as there was no chef to cook it as it would have been in a 5* hotel. There was no parking assistance but we had to use the dangerous self-parking elevator at our own peril (this was particularly unpleasant). At reception we were told the swimming pool would close at 8pm but when we went to swim at 7pm they were already closing. There were two of us but the bathroom only had a single set of amenities. The coffee supplied was scarce and there was a note informing us that if we wanted more, we would have to pay. The balcony had no privacy; next door some hotel employee had positioned some propane bottles that looked particularly dangerous. The location is in a remote residential area, close to a concert venue but quite far from the city centre, and there are no basic services on offer, such as a shuttle or taxi services. In short, we felt that we were charged for a 5* unjustifiably. The cost should have been 40% less.

Moderan i lijep hotel ali udaljen od centra grada.
Pros:

Hotel sam je jako lijep,moderan i ima sve za opusten odmor.uzivali smo.

Cons:

Lokacija hotela. Ako Vam je cilj obilazak centra Thesalonikija onda ovaj hotel nije za vas. Udaljen je nekih 40-50 minuta pjeske do Centra,ali imate gradski prevoz koji je super organizovan.
