The spa is accessible to guests aged 16 years and above.

Children under 16 years can have access to the spa facilities when accompanied by an adult on weekends, public and school holidays between 08:00 and 10:00 and again from 18:00 until 20:00.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé en plein cœur de liege, le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied. Parkings proposés par l’hôtel et autre parking à proximité. La chambre était confortable avec une belle surface. L’accueil à la réception parfait. Le petit déjeuner copieux, beaucoup de choix et bon.

De aanwezige welness, helaas werkte de sauna en het stoombad niet.

Koffiezet werkte niet.
Welness werkte niet volledig, geen sauna of stoombad.
Geen slippers op de kamer.

Ik schrijf zelden een review voor wat dan ook, maar ik wil voor jullie een heel belangrijke opmerking achter laten. Jullie doen zo je best, het personeel was geweldig aardig, de kamers top, alles tot in de puntjes, maar de muziek aan het ontbijt was zo walgelijk onecht, een plastieken, artificieel geluid dat echt al jullie inspanning besmeurde. Het hoeft mijn smaak niet te zijn, maar zit iets « echts » op, en iets minder luid.

Très bien situé, super petit-déjeuner, personnelles très agréable.

Cons:

Malheureusement la clim dans la suite ne fonctionne pas correctement. Dans le salon salle à manger Clim ne fonctionne pas , dans la chambre la Clim est très bruyante . Vraiment dommage

Bien mes chers, aux vues des performances

Proximité de la ville, plus restaurant

Cons:

Vue sur les fortifications, notre chambre située au deuxième étage, donner sur un trou dans les fortifications, rempli de détritus ….
Machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas, nous aurons dû attendre pour qu’elle soit remplacé et frigo qui ne refroidit en rien…
Cours d’aqua bike le soir pendant une heure, pourquoi ne pas faire ça le matin au moment où les gens quittent l’hôtel ?
