Bon séjour, rénovation des chambres et ce sera parfait

Personne du bar et en salle complètement à côté de leurs pompes et mérite une grosse remise en question !

Établissement magnifique, et la nourriture très bonne.

Cons:

Le personnel( au niveau du bar et restaurant ) sont complètement à côté de leurs pompes. Malheureusement absolument à la hauteur des autres restaurants de la chaîne que nous avons déjà fait plusieurs fois. Aucun chef de salle pour recadrer les équipes.

On passe commande une fois arrivé et nous mettons dans le coin fauteuil ( après 25min ) toujours pas reçu notre verre. Et ils avaient oublié de la pointer dans l’ordinateur.

Deux heures plus tard, nous allons manger au restaurant, et commandons à nouveau un apéro et là exactement le même scénario que notre arrivée mais en ENCORE PLUS LONG (45min) !!!
Nous avons fait part de notre remarque concernant le personnel et ils nous répondent tout simplement que c’est tout le temps comme ça ici. !! Une grosse blague. Car si les équipes en salle et au bar étaient mieux suivies, vous auriez une bien meilleure cote car l’hôtel est super beau et on y mange bien.

Nous avions réservé au restaurant japonais pour nos 12 ans de mariage via internet malheureusement un problème informatique n'a pas tenu compte que le restaurant était privatisé ce soir là et donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter... cependant nous avons eu une compensation (plus grande chambre). Merci.

Cons:

Wat schoonheidsfoutjes in de kamers in de zin van beschadigingen van meubilair en muren. Zijn details maar wel belangrijk voor de ervaring van luxe.

Très agréable.
Pros:

Belle et vaste chambre moderne décorée avec goût. Très calme. Réception très aimable et efficace. Il y a deux restaurants -dont l'un japonais- qui proposent des plats tout à fait délicieux.

Parking a alguma distância do hotel
Housekeeping não verificou a não existência de gel de duche quer no meu quarto, quer no quarto dos meus filhos. Ficámos sem gel de duche
Não é aceitável que um hotel com esta qualidade não disponha de um room service e que às 23:00 informe um cliente não tem sequer uma sanduíche para lhe vender

Génial !
Pros:

Les chambres sont coquettes, bien décorées et lumineuses. La literie est extraordinaire. Le personnel est convivial et souriant. L'endroit est magique et superbement situé pour visiter Liège. Le service voiturier est un must !

Cons:

La tv dans la chambre qui n'allait pas et personne n'est venu réparer !

Amazing breakfast, the hotel was very clean

Cons:

I arrived late because off flight delay, the guy in the reception wasn’t welcoming at all, instead of accepting me, he shouted to his colleague in the other side of the hotel
Haven’t received the room I’ve ordered, instead a small room with two twin beds, too soft…
I called them and ask for room replacement and he told me they have electricity issues, he said he will check with the manager what he can do but never came back to me

Leuk hotel, goede locatie, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Pros:

Kamer was goed en faciliteiten ook. Restaurant sommige voor gerechten zijn erg groot, dat zou men bij de bestelling moeten aangeeven c.q. dat ze niet voor 1 persoon zijn. Ontbijt prima, dranken mogen iets kouder. Locatie koffie corner in combinatie met trap is niet echt handig.
Zwembad prima, water mag best iets kouder zijn nu was het wel erg warm.
Locxatie is prima.

Ich würde es weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut Leider mussten wir lange auf das Brot suchen vielleicht wäre es gut wenn angeschrieben ist wo man es holen könnte wir waren nicht alleine bei suchend auch andere hatte mühe es zu finden sonst alles okay

Cons:

Der spar bereitet zu finden, weil der Lift ging leider nicht danach hat es uns nicht mehr Spaß gemacht dorthin zu gehen

Naomi checked us in and was fantastic.. next Alex was just as amazing helping us get the train app and tickets - so patience with us. We really appreciated everything Both of them did for us. It was a wonderful check-in and front desk experience. Shirel help so kindly with holding our luggage
However, when we arrived, it was after 24 hours of flying we were jetlagged exhausted and one of the members of our party was pregnant so we went to the restaurant and they told us that instead of getting a steak for dinner which would take a longer they said to get the salad because that would take 5 to 10 minutes and the salad would have some protein with egg on it. Well, 40 minutes later we still didn’t have a salad and when it finally got it after hearing screams from the kitchen, the egg was absolutely running and not able to be eaten. when we complained that we were so hungry tired and it was already 40 minutes for our food we would hold another five minutes another five minutes by the man we thought in charge of the restaurant. At about 50 minutes our dressing drenched salads arrived. And the table next to us actually applauded it because they were waiting for their food Also, it was a very tense evening. Then we were told after asking for the egg to be cooked more because our pregnant friend needed a cooked egg due to salmonella issues and protein we were told “no eggs for you” when we politely ask for the egg to be cooked more. And we’d also ask for no dressing but the salad after 45 minutes came in covered swimming in dressing. I can’t make this up, but that’s really what they said no eggs for you!
The buffet breakfast was great. A full assortment of food. The cappuccino was good. Leige is lovely city - unfortunately it was just hot everywhere because we came during a heat wave.
The room was comfortable. They did have air-conditioning - It was hard to get the room completely cool but if you stood next to the air-conditioning, you got relief.
The pool was lovely indoor and they had lovely yoga and water aerobic classes. Location is fabulous. You can walk to the old town, the river beautiful.
I recommend this hotel except I don’t recommend using the restaurant when you're hungry - “no eggs for you!” That was really awful. I don’t think the hotel would want a restaurant where that’s how the customers are treated.
But other than that, it’s a great hotel and I recommend it
