Fantastisch verblijf in een unieke omgeving
Pros:

Het ontbijt was erg goed en uitgebreid, personeel meer dan vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor ons was de locatie prima maar voor ouderen houd er rekening mee dat er veel trap moet worden gelopen

Cons:

Je moet vooraf boeken voor het diner, de kok is er op de 1 of andere manier niet op ingesteld dat er (oke laatste moment) 2 personen bijkomen terwijl er tafels genoeg over zijn.

Once in a lifetime experience
Pros:

This is an exceptional property. From start to finish the staff were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. This really is a once in a lifetime experience. The set up is fantastic. Dining room in the cave is a one off.

Si l'occasion de visiter Matera se représente à nous ( pour l'offrir en cadeau), nous y retournerons

La chambre était exceptionnelle, corbeille de fruits et table dressée pour notre accueil! Un personnel aux petits soins, un petit-déjeuner formidable (personnel et qualité des mets)!

Cons:

Rien qui provienne du personnel. Nous suggérons cependant que le personnel de nuit fasse des rondes : 2 personnes papotaient devant notre chambre tard dans la nuit. A 2 h du matin, mon mari a dû sortir pour leur demander d'aller ailleurs. Il s'est avéré qu'il s'agissait de 2 jeunes clients (nous les avons reconnus au petit-déjeuner). Un manque de civisme évident! Une ronde du personnel pourrait permettre d'endiguer ce type de désagrément.

Esta hospedagem superou em muito minhas expectativas !! Simplesmente foi o hotel mais espetacular que ja fui em todo minha vida.

O fato de terem preservado a cavernas e terem feito um hotel de luxo dentro delas e simplesmente único !!


O café da manha é espetacular. Não tive tempo de jantar nele mas com certeza um dia voltarei para Matera e me ficarei lá de novo.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Matera, et une vue incroyable. Hôtel atypique avec ses chambres dans les grottes. On a l'impression d'être au siècle dernier mais avec tout confort d'aujourd'hui. Petit déjeuner copieux et un personnel aux petits soins.. un calme absolu.

Service de navette, parking/hôtel est parfait et aucune attente.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu sombre, mais normal dans une grotte 😉.
