Für einen ganz kurzen Aufenthalt grade noch so in Ordnung
Pros:

Hotelzimmer war groß und sehr sauber.
Das Hotel macht einen noblen Eindruck. Betten waren bequem.
Wir durften 3h früher einchecken.
Man hat uns geholfen ein großen Van zu mieten um zum Flughafen zu fahren, welcher 3h entfernt ist.

Cons:

Es verstehen nur wenige Englisch vom Personal. Meistens nur die vorgesetzten (schwarze Uniform). Das Personal in grünen Uniformen kann sehr schlecht englisch sprechen. Daher gab es viele falsche Informationen bezüglich Öffnungszeiten der Bar, dem abholen mit dem Taxi und andere Fragen.
Der Spa war geschlossen.
Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Es gibt eine Tür zum Nachbarzimmer.
Die Dusche läuft am Rand über. Das ganze Bad ist überflutet (Wir haben 3 Zimmer gebucht gehabt, bei allen 3 Zimmern war das Problem vorhanden).

L'accueil est parfait. Le petit déjeuner etait varié et la chambre était grande et confortable.

Cons:

Le SPA était fermé et l'annonce laissait penser qu'il y avait une piscine.

Lovely French colonial designed hotel
Pros:

The hotel has a lovely French colonial design. The room was spacious and clean, with two very generous sized double beds. The view was of part of the city (which was average).

The check in was super quick. The breakfast buffet was ok with not much consideration of dietary requirements such as vegetarian and gluten free.

Cons:

The gym, spa and pool table area on the ground floor was very quiet and not appealing. I did not feel safe to be alone there.
The location is a 15 minute drive to the lake.
