Amazing stay, lovely rooms and facilities, wonderful staff
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Leela Palace New Delhi. L'hôtel est idéalement situé : un peu à l'écart de la folie, des klaxons et du bruit de la ville, entouré de parcs et de verdure, ce qui en fait un véritable havre de paix.
Les points forts de notre séjour :
La piscine sur le toit : Absolument magnifique ! Un cadre idéal pour se détendre, avec de superbes attentions (citronnade, petites serviettes rafraîchissantes, eau offerte dès l'arrivée, et des matelas et serviettes extrêmement confortables).
La gastronomie : Nous avions la formule incluant le petit-déjeuner et le dîner au restaurant The Cube. Les repas étaient tout simplement excellents. Les plats sont raffinés et délicieux, et le travail du chef ainsi que la qualité du service ont rendu chaque repas exceptionnel.
Le confort et le service : La chambre était d'un confort irréprochable. Tout le personnel a été aux petits soins du début à la fin.
Un grand merci à la direction : Suite à un petit désagrément avec des voisins de chambre un peu bruyants, l'assistant Front Office Manager, Ashish Malhotra, a su faire preuve d'un grand professionnalisme. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe.
Une adresse incontournable à Delhi que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !
L'insonorisation des chambres est peut-être un peu délicate. Le premier soir, nous avons eu des voisins de chambre assez bruyants sans rien dire, puis la situation s'est répétée le deuxième soir. Nous avons donc contacté la réception.
C'est là que le professionnalisme de l'hôtel a fait toute la différence : l'assistant Front Office Manager, Ashish Malhotra, a été plus qu'agréable et a su réagir parfaitement. Grâce à sa bienveillance ce désagrément s'est vite évanouie.

Very good breakfast and the staff was overall very courteous and helpful.
The view from the rooms which we were given and what was shown during the booking was different but it wasn't that bad. We were provided 2 way airport transfer and the staff on the way back to the airport helped us immensely in making sure all our luggage went with us to the airport.
Excellent hotel with big rooms and very helpful staff.
Travelled with my parents and my family and we were very looked after very well. Some of the staff members went out of the way to make us feel comfortable and prepared custom made food for my elderly parents.
The room view what was shown during the booking was different from the one we received but it wasn't that bad.

Very nice people, in particular Ashmita at the reception who took care of us. Luxury room and fabulous bathroom. Nice rooftop swimingpool. Fabulous breakfirst.
Firedetector flashing light every 4 seconds above the bed: very perturbating to sleep once you have hidden all the small disturbing small lights in the room (above both sides of bed) and bathroom (TV not possible to fully switch off).
International restaurant : noisy and very expensive for India (ratio quality / price poor)
Amazing food.. exceptionally good service by the staff- specially Him. Very sweet guy, took care of us throughout our dinner and recommended us the best out of the menu.. will definetely recommend this place and will surely come back just for the food and services

A wonderful experience all round. Attention to detail from all the staff, especially Vikas and the rest of the pool team who looked after us every morning without fail.
