I like everything about it
Very warm hospitality.
Special shout out to Jaiaditya at Qube restaurant who went out of his way to make our breakfast memorable.
Pool location was nice too.
Spa services are good and service is excellent.
I was given a smoking room when I had not specifically asked for one. Understandably there was considerable smoke smell in the linen/bedding/room. Since I'd checked in late at night, I had to wait until the next afternoon (and make 3 calls to the operator) to move to a non-smoking room. But once there, everything was quite seamless.
The room service charge is exorbitant because of a tax- so, watch out for that.

Everything! Concierge was particularly helpful, have mercy so much detail to help with my day tour. Everyone was absolutely courteous and pleasant, It made my quick trip so relaxed and enjoyable.

Breakfast room was spacious, well lit and comfortable seating; the choices of dishes was varied, and waiters /waitresses were indeed extremely helpful. The North Indian breakfast on offer looked tantalizing, though I preferred to decline in order to avoid complications during travel.
The seating in the breakfast room was not amenable to seat more numbers of guests than possible; hence long waiting lines if the guest arrived for breakfast by 09.30 or 10.00 AM. And most did.
Our room was facing a construction site, which was ugly. Some guests arrived late in the evenings and others did not stop their children from running around in the corridor late at night: that created noise and disturbed us. And, sorry to say, your signature fragrance Trishya is a bit on the heavy side, could feel pungent. A lighter smell might do just as well! It greets the guests the moment they enter the lounge just as it is in the soaps in the bathrooms.
We enjoyed the stay
This property is exceptional in every aspect. Right from the location, to the food, the hospitality, and the rooms, everything about this hotel is fantastic. They go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. We are definitely coming back for another stay.

This hotel is absolutely AMAZING! The service is impeccable, the grounds are beautiful, and from the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty. Special thanks to Babu and Rik - we had breakfast every morning, and they both went above and beyond. Loved every minute of staying here, and you will too!
