Biilder stimmten nicht mit den Fotos überein, als wir das Personal auf das angesprochen haben, sagten Sie nur, das wir nicht die einzigen sind die reklamiert haben und Sie auch nicht wissen warum diese Bilder drin sind. Zimmer hatte einen penetranten Geruch, Die ganze Zeit hatte es ein sehr unangenehmes Geräusch im Zimmer gehabt und man konnte fast nicht schlafen.

Need to resolve the parking for guest. In booking site I take this hotel because there are parking, but when I arrived is not working any more, probably from long time ago. At the end I was parking in the street all days, even at risk to receive a tiked.

Pros:

Отличный отель за невысокую плату практически в центре города, неплохой завтрак, просторная планировка, удобное расположение. Пошли навстречу при изменении бронирования и разрешили оплатить на месте, хотя по правилам должно было списаться за проживание с карты, но у меня не проходила оплата.

Close to city center but should immediately be upgraded for getting close to high quality.

Location is close to important places in Belgrade.

Cons:

Hotel should be clean and luggage room should be locked for safety as visitors leave their bags or luggages mostly before check-in. This is a privacy and safety issue. Bathroom was clean but smelly. Also, rooms can be bigger and upgraded with new facilities.

The location may be the best part of the hotel. The staff was very nice too.

Cons:

Our room was very old and not clean at all, we felt the breakfast was very poor quality and with low variety.

Friendly staff, beautiful old building and centrally located.
Pros:

Speedy check in and booking of taxi -Airport shuttle fee: EUR 26. The air con system helped an awful lot. Buffet breakfast included served daily from 7 AM – 10 AM. There is a Fitness facility on site

The breakfast room offered a small variety of traditional dishes with a proper coffee machine & croissants/buns

No yogurt/kefir on offer nor nuts for breakfast
