10/10 and fabulous all around
Pros:

This hotel is fabulous. We booked multiple rooms and organized a room block for our daughter’s wedding in Tribeca. The staff—from the sales manager to the front desk to the general manager—is outstanding to work with. They managed multiple room changes and requests without a problem and all with a smile. The rooms were beautiful — we had rooms ranging from standard to suites to the penthouse — and they were all beautifully appointed, clean, and modern. The bedding is luxurious and top notch. The views are spectacular.

We organized a huge brunch for the wedding at Jumpin Jacks and the food was exceptional. In addition to accommodating all of our dietary restrictions, the food was delicious —especially the chef’s GF granola and home made yogurt.

The location is perfect - walking distance to SoHo and Tribeca and Battery Park.

The hotel has a cool factor without sacrificing warmth. It was a 10/10 all around, and we’d recommend it to anyone, from a solo traveler to a big wedding party.

Overall good stay, but the lack of WiFi in lower level rooms was not acceptable
Pros:

Location, comfy bed.

Cons:

Small rooms, the WiFi basically doesn’t work for the lower level rooms. Had to do all my zoom calls in the hotel’s common areas. Poor lighting in the bathroom, and no special mirrors or lighting for makeup.

Pros:

Great staff, ready to help with whatever you need. Amazing views from the roof top and good facilities. My room was modern with a comfy bed and connectivity for charging. A great location and it is very quiet despite some building work nearby.

Our room was too small for our 7 night stay & 2 suitcases, would be a fantastic place for a couple of nights.
Pros:

Our bed was very comfortable. The lounge area & rooftop bar were great. Location was really good, one or two blocks away from SoHo shops & restaurants. The team were great.

Cons:

Small room with nowhere where to put our 2 suitcases so used the floor & the small sofa, the only chair in the room... which was way too low to sit at the small table...strange. Missed an iron & ironing board, the steamer was hard work.

Zero service, no reception lobby no warmth no hospitality just the bare minimum achieved

Room smelled of marijuana on arrival
Floor very scuffed, room dusty
Day 2 left room at 8am, returned 3pm room hadn’t been cleaned
Phone to reception wouldn’t connect
Asked in reception “do I need to request the room to be cleaned?” Answer was “no they are cleaned automatically”
I replied “oh well just to let you know my room hasn’t been cleaned”
“Did you ask us to clean it?”
“Shall we send a cleaner?”

Day 3 (after complaint logged about cleaning) and I returned at 4pm for the cleaner to be in there
This is NOT 5 star in any way

Cleaner then cleaned but didn’t do the bathroom! Left her cleaning spray in bedside table didn’t clear surfaces. Bizarre
