Severe Bedbug Issue and Terrible Management Response
Pros:

I stayed here and left with severe bedbug bites across my body. Despite providing clear photo evidence, management denied the issue based on a delayed inspection and offered a measly $200 credit—not even a third of the room rate. Their lack of concern for guest health and safety is shocking for a hotel at this price point. Avoid this place if you value your health.

“Exceptional Service & Thoughtful Birthday Surprise”
Pros:

Outstanding service from start to finish. The staff at ModernHaus Soho went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We were celebrating a birthday and were welcomed with champagne, a handwritten note, and cheesecake , such a thoughtful and classy touch.

Highly recommend! . This place delivers more than just a stay it delivers an experience.

Less than Average Downtown SoHo NYC Hotel
Pros:

Very unaccommodating hotel, small rooms and limited service. Their kitchen closes by 10 PM but they don't tell you that. This is a very overpriced hotel for the actual room comfort and amenities. I would not recommend. There are plenty of other hotels nearby for a much lower price per night. It's not that modern either.
