Pros:

Great Staff and location is good. Buffet Breakfast is sufficient for Muslim as Bread and Eggs are available. .

Cons:

The bathtub inside the toilet seems not so friendly for the shower. The water system pipe is also a bit tricky.

Good location for Ben Than Market
Pros:

The hotel is well located a few minutes walk to Ben Thanh market.
The room was spacious and although the window looked into the street, we were on the 6th floor and there was no noise from outside.
The room and shower/toilet were clean. There was a fridge and a safe, there were bottles of water but no toiletries.
The reception staff spoke good English, were extremely welcoming and helpful I found the door man kind and courteous. The staff at breakfast were exceptionally attentive and although the breakfast isn't extensive it is adequate. There is a scale available to weigh cases if needed.
There was a banging noise from upstairs (didn't seem to be from other guests) and the night porter when alerted immediately investigated and the noise was silenced.
The receptionist in the morning apologized for the disturbance (didn't say what it was).
I'd stay here again if I wasn't wanting to swim.

Cons:

A few previous reviewers talk about the tired pool area, this isn't tired it is exhausted! It is, without exaggeration, tiny, two loungers, nothing inviting about the area at all. When we viewed it there were already 4 people (who obviously knew each other) around and in the pool and it seemed too crowded. We were staying two nights so we didn't worry, however if a pool is important find another hotel. The photos are misleading.

great location and friendly staff with a clean room
Pros:

great location, we could walk to all the main attractions from our hotel. lots of food and convenience stores nearby. air con and wifi worked well. staff were friendly and helped with our luggage and booking grabs. even though it’s in the centre of town, it was still quiet at night in the room on a saturday night. great view from the rooftop

Beautiful hotel, excellent value for money. Buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff were all lovely. Highly recomme

Location is within easy walking distance to everything. Views from the restaurant and roof top bar were incredible.

Cons:

The pool was indoors - not a real problem but it was very hot and stuffy in the pool room. But hey, still loved that they had a pool.

Pros:

Es una excelente opción por su relación calidad-precio. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, las habitaciones son cómodas y todo estaba limpio durante nuestra estancia.

El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a resolver cualquier duda, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy a gusto.

Como punto a mejorar, el desayuno nos pareció un poco limitado en cuanto a variedad, aunque era correcto y suficiente para empezar el día.

En general, es un hotel muy recomendable si buscas un alojamiento cómodo, con buen servicio y a un precio muy competitivo.
