Great location, great staff bad management

Cons:

Management said we heavily soiled a towel. I asked for pics and it was a little dirt on a used towel from someone walking into the bathroom and accidentally stood on it. In no way was it “heavily soiled”. They should use different colored towels if it was an issue - they weren’t even great towels. They also charged us for two waters from the mini bar which we only drank one but they wouldn’t accept that.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, muy cerca de todos los lugares de interés.

Tengo una reserva hecha desde hace dos meses y nos meten en la última habitación que un hotel debería de vender. Resulta que en la planta 10 ( donde está la piscina) han hecho un par de habitaciones en lo que debería de ser trasteros, el ascensor solo llega hasta la planta 9 el resto tienes que subir andando por la escalera ( enmoquetada ) que da acceso a la piscina.Ni se a quien se le ocurrió poner una ventana de cristal ácido en el baño con la habitación y como no hay cortina a las 6 de la mañana se hace de día en la habitación. Y para colmo han pintado la habitación hace tiempo y no la han limpiado y está todo lleno de manchas de pintura. No pedí que me cambiarán de habitación porque la gente se queja del ruido y por lo menos en la planta 10 solo se oye si alguien sube a la piscina y cierra a las 10. La ventana no cierra bien, la puerta del baño tampoco, en algunas partes de la habitación le falta rodapié.......

Emplacement ideal à proximité du marché dans un quartier animé avec de nombreux services (not. laverie avec un service total dans la journée et livraison du linge dans la chambre !). Personnel aux petits soins et petit-déjeuner buffet de qualité. Petite piscine et bar en rooftop. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et décorée. Possibilité de laisser ses valises et même de prendre une douche (à la piscine) après avoir rendu la chambre.

Cons:

La piscine était en maintenance pendant une partie de notre séjour sans que nous ayons été prévenus à l'avance.

A nice hotel in a good location

The hotel was in a great location.
The staff were helpful.
The pool had an amazing view.
The room was comfortable.

Cons:

When we got to the room there was quite a lot of hair on the bedding and towels, but they staff did change this as soon as I mentioned it.
Breakfast was not the best- if you went to breakfast nearer the end, things were not always replaced. One day there was so little left that we went to a cafe for breakfast, even though we had breakfast included in our room rate.
There was not much seating around the pool.

Lokalizacja. Śniadanie w porządku. Zaskakująco zawinięty papier toaletowy :)

Cons:

Do hotelu dojechaliśmy 45min przed planowanym zameldowaniem o 14. Niestety nie zaproponowano nam wcześniejszego zameldowania więc zostawiliśmy bagaże i wyszliśmy na kawę na przeciwko. Inna para po nas również była zaskoczona że muszą czekać 30min do godziny zameldowania. Zdjęcia podretuszowane albo wykonywane dawno temu. Hotel jest ok, ale wygląda na bardziej 'zmęczony' niż na zdjęciach. Basen był trochę zaniedbany. Czystość zwłaszcza w łazience pozostawia do życzenia. Hotel, w którym personel otwiera drzwi wejściowe i zamawia windę próbując stworzyć wrażenie premium ma nadzieje zamaskować, że odstaje w innych aspektach.
Opis pokoju: "z widokiem na alejkę" - w rzeczywistości totalnie niewarta zobaczenia alejka, nawet nie powinno być to wspominane. Kratownica w oknie przy tak małym pokoiku może komuś przeszkadzać.
