It was modern and clean
The location
Older property but completely remodeled. Very modern, beautiful courtyard area. Room (stayed in the king suite) very nice and the king bed was comfortable. The restaurant 2 chicks was excellent. Picked it up to go and sat in the beautiful courtyard.
The pool which is very nice was not heated as stated on the website. The pool was one of the reason I choose the Aiden. It was empty because it was so cold, other than that the pool is beautiful. The sofa bed in the suite was awful, bar in the middle of the back.
I like how there was dog friendly rooms and dog area but wish it was gated with glass for dogs to play or have a more comfort place to do their business.
There was a staff member i thought was rude when I was checking out I just wanted to look at the map because there are no maps anywhere on site to find the gym or the ice room other than the front area.but she kept asking oh do you need help I just wanted to look at the map and she was oh so you do need help. And kept asking until I did not even want to look at the map and she kept trying to move it away from me..

There was no breakfast.
There were homeless people on the property. One of them pushed a family member. We did not feel safe there. You may need security on property. Also the shower sprayed all over the bathroom leaving clothing and everything else soaked.
The beds were comfy.Staff was pleasant. Very clean rooms.luvd the restaurant connected to hotel.
We have used the the Aiden South Reno a few times now. Usually for our last night in town before flying out. The Aiden is a reliable choice. A reasonable room. Reasonably comfy bed. Good location.
The room was starting to show its age, especially the bath, though not bad enough to be complaining about it.
Kids likes the pool.
Transition strip from carpet to bathroom tile was not installed well. Easy to stub your toe on hard tile.
Very modern, quiet. Blackout curtains were very nice.
There was no place to shampoo , conditioner or soap in the shower, just empty slits for previous bottles
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will gladly return the next time we are in town. We also enjoyed our breakfast at the Two Chicks.
