Great value
Pros:

Staff..room..location..price value

Cons:

Hose keeping cart wheels need to be of a softer material..sounds like a freight train going by. If you are not using the shower dispensers, you should at least provide a place in the shower to hold soap..shampoo...and other items that are needed in the shower.

Please check to make sure you don’t lock customers it a hassle to keep going back the key doesn’t

Room is big and I like that they coffee maker and fridge but the shower doesn’t stay hot

Cons:

I made the reservation 2 rooms made at same time they couldn’t even accommodate next together, if I knew i could have check in early I would have, since check in at 4 so I waited, I also requested on the reservation close together it’s a commensen if a customer make a reservation at the same time and the employee should be more accommodating, and they locked me out the second the person that checked me only put me one night and it was already paid, does anybody do there job right anymore as a visitor they should appreciate it us , if we don’t travel she would not have a job and she needs to be more friendly

Great option for early flight
Pros:

Clean, recently renovated, no carpets

Cons:

Not exactly the best location. That being said, there are a few restaurants at walking distance and shops on a short drive. Airport at a 5 min drive.

I would like to return to stay this hotel again
Pros:

The location is closed to convention center and shopping mall.

Cons:

Isolation noise should improve since we can hear people talking outside the room very clear.

Would stay again
Pros:

It was very clean, peaceful and the staff was very kind and accommodating

Cons:

There is no complimentary breakfast and no smoking allowed on the property. I would suggest at least a discount breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel to accommodate, due to the high deposit cost.

Great location, rooms are nice size and seem new.
Pros:

Location was great, right across the street from a very nice mall. Several restaurants nearby.. Only a 20 minute walk to the convention center ($8 - $13 Lyft) The courtyard was pretty nice. The rooms was beyond expectations. Gym also exceeded expectations.

Cons:

Bar not open each night, if at all. Pool not operational but they were working on it.

The hotel location and decor was good and the quality and cleanliness was excellent the only downside was thin walls and can hear clear conversations and tv through like they were right in the room with you.

Cons:

The sound/noise transfer through the rooms and exterior was not sound proof due to thin walls

Staff was great. It was a decent stay.
Pros:

Location is great. Front desk staff were awesome. Somewhat renovated. The courtyard was nice too.

Cons:

The room is too dark. It could use better lightings. The shades were down at all times because outsiders can look right into the room from the window. There was a stain in the bedsheet which I found out on the 2nd day. The pillows were not comfortable.

Good value hotel for clean and quiet rest.
Pros:

This property is located in a commercial area close to malls and almost every high and mid-level store. It is close to restaurants including a super-good Phò place. The building is a bit awkward in that most rooms are in a separate building from the lobby and the elevator is actually attached to the secondary building rather than the primary one. But this architecturally uniqueness aside, the room was clean, good smelling, comfortable and adequate for a night stopover on our trip from Oregon to our home in Bishop California. In fact it was such a great value, that we will definitely stay there again for a future trip. A super minor problem was that there was a 2/3 oz little bottle of shampoo, one of conditioner and one of lotion—no body wash.
Overall we recommend this hotel.

Cons:

More shampoo and some body wash.
