Um atendimento muito frio parecia um órgão público, esqueci um celular no hotel e sumiram ele e disseram que não ficou lá, nao passa confiança cobram caro por quase nada.

Boa estadia.
Pros:

Funcionários atenciosos, serviço de manobrista muito ágil e o quarto é amplo.

Cons:

No segundo dia achei que a limpeza pecou um pouco, no banheiro somente retiraram o lixo. O restaurante só funciona pro café, nos outros horários só Room service.

Pros:

Localização, café da manhã, cordialidade e simpatia dos funcionários, destaque para o Rogério, da recepção. Quarto muito confortável.

Cons:

Tamanho do quarto, duas camas de solteiro grandes, um bom café da manhã e simpatia dos funcionários do restaurante.

Boa localização. Quarto amplo e confortável.

Cons:

Pontos a melhorar: 1( cobrar pelo estacionamento. Nas características do hotel consta que há estacionamento, mas omitem que é pago. 2) a academia está desatualizada. São poucos e antigos aparelhos instalados. É necessário uma reforma completa.

Ainda bem que fiquei pouco no hotel.
Pros:

Hotel antigo e sem manutenção. Não deveria carregar a marca Bourbon.

Cons:

Primeiro quarto que fiquei cheirava esgoto tao forte que pedi para trocar.
Segundo quarto tinha goteira, o ar pingava muito.
O café da manhã nao é bom. Paes duros e biscoitos murchos. Falta capricho e cuidado.
