O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, não oferecem nem sequer uma sanduicheira.

O banheiro não tinha exaustor, o café da manhã deixa a desejar e a localização do hotel é bem longe da savassi.

O quarto não tinha um cheiro agradável. Não sei idênticas se de cigarro ou de objetos que ficam com cheiro impregnado.
Passei dois dias cobrando nota fiscal do jantar de room service e não entregaram.

Quarto velho, sujo, com vazamento na torneira e luz de emergência queimada. O teto estava todo sujo, com caruncho. Pedi para limpar e não fui atendido. Certo dia, simplesmente apareceu uma sunga pendurada no meu banheiro. Liguei na recepção e trataram com descaso. Mais de uma hora para resolver e só o gerente resolveu. O atendente da recepção foi desrespeitoso. Café da manhã muito simples. Demora na reposição de itens do café da manhã. Um hotel que não faz jus ao nome.
