Ottima posizione vicino ai negozi del centro, alla spiaggia e comoda per raggiungere vari punti di interesse. Stanza ampia e pulita ogni giorno pulizie fatte bene. Comodi i letti peccato solo non fossero matrimoniali per una coppia sarebbe meglio. Belle piscine con accesso proprio davanti la stanza. Staff molto cordiale. Simpaticissimo e ospitale il receptionista Davide. Buona la cucina varia ogni giorno.Simpatica compagnia di 4 mici.
Gli orari per mangiare un po' ristretti. Colazione solo dalle 8:30. Cena fino alle 21:30 ma già alle 21 finiva tutto. A inizio settimana è finito l'olio extra vergine di oliva e quasi per tutto il resto della settimana hanno tenuto olio di oliva normale, non certo da un 4 stelle. Mancanza di un vero caffè espresso. Alla colazione il caffè era lungo. Poca animazione e intrattenimento, un solo torneo organizzato in tutta la settimana.
The location for me was ideal. The hotel was clean with free parking access. The food and drinks was very good with plenty of selections everyday. Cleaning staffs were amazing and very friendly, specially the lady from Cuba. The kitchen staffs were great, friendly and approachable. It was a good experience.
Pool area can get very crowded. The idea of leaving 1 euro per cup for drinks at the pool bar when you’ve already paid for an all inclusive package is not right. One of the bar staff at the place wasn’t as pleasant as the rest but most of them were great people and very attentive.

Overall facilities were excellent. We went to relax and this location is perfect for that. The reception staff were very professional and very helpful. The restaurant staff were very professional and friendly and helpful. The food was great quality and while not everything was to my taste there was something for everyone and I enjoyed every meal. The cleaning staff were discrete and very friendly and the room was left spotless. The pool areas were lovely.
While the room was clean it was a little tired looking. The condition of the wall in the bathroom was not great. It was affected by damp wet conditions but was just painted over (very badly) and not repaired. The shower head in the shower was not great and unless you pushed it in towards the inner wall the water just poured out of the shower tray onto the bathroom floor.
La posizione è ottima nella passeggiata di corralejo, il personale della reception molto professionale.
Sicuramente le camere bisognerebbe fare degli interventi,le polizie ottime.
Es necesario dotar a las piscinas de un mayor número de sombrillas.

The property has a lot of potential, great location, right in the centre of town, right next to the water park, bars, shops etc
The rooms were clean and well appointed, two decent size pools, decent all inclusive drinks including cocktails and pour your own soft drinks and beer.
The food was very good, with a decent well maintained selection at all meals.
Everything has a deposit, which has to be cash. you want a towel, €10, you want a small plastic cup for a drink €1 and the list of ways they try to get cash out of you, which is a real shame as a hotel that could feel 4 star feels more like a very budget 2 star.
Then the pools, the pool which has the pool bar is obviously busier, we were a group of 7 so struggled to get a row of beds together, the top pool is more of a relaxed pool which had a lot more availability, so we settled there for the week. The first few days were great, we played with a ball in the water, had music on very low and was left alone as we were quite clearly respectable people not acting like hooligans.
Then the lifeguards seemed to have a shift around and we ended up being shouted at continuously, no balls, no music, no splashing, no jumping and the most ridiculous, no handstands in water, the list of things you can do seemed to only consist of stand still.
We ended up with the management team at the pool, and as a result five different groups of people left the pool area to squeeze in by the main pool, leaving on our three people by a huge pool to themselves.

Las instalaciones en general están bien.El gym muy bien, con muchas máquinas y una persona para atenderte. Por cierto un punto a favor lo del espejo en la habitación.🫂😁
El menú de mediodía es repetitivo y no hay mucha elección.
Durante la franja horaria del snack no reponen y se acaba en media hora.
Solicitamos picnic un día porque no íbamos a llegar para la comida y nos dijeron que no había esa posibilidad.
