Pros:

À proximité de plusieurs activités et du centre-ville de Golden. Parfait pour aller visiter Emerald Lake (1h de route) ou d’autres attractions. L’espace cuisine et la laveuse/sécheuse sont très utiles.

Cons:

L’unité n’avait pas de rideau à la cuisine et le fils de mon conjoint dormait sur le sofa-lit du salon, donc il se réveillait tôt comme la lumière était assez vive le matin (il y avait un ruban à mesurer et les rideaux étaient tombés et placés dans le garde robe de la chambre) … notre chambre était directement au dessus du spa et nous devions laisser les fenêtres ouvertes dû à la chaleur comme il n’y a pas d’air climatisé, donc ca pouvait été dérangeant par moment, nous avons même dû intervenir après 22h car des enfants criaient et jouaient dans le spa sous notre fenêtre alors que nous étions couchés.

Mooi complex maar tijdens de zomerperiode geeft het geheel een verlaten indruk.
Pros:

Zeer comfortabel appartement met alle voorzieningen.

Cons:

Omdat het complex voornamelijk gericht is op wintervakanties was er geen fysiek aanspreekpunt en diende de bewoners elkaar te helpen bij vragen.

Couldn’t find the room couldn’t get in the room when we booked never told us that we would need codes to get in no one to help if it wouldn’t have been for house keeping to let us in we would not have had a place to stay when you put your place on the web it should state that no one will be there

Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

There was a lack of kitchen utensils. The was an outdoor table but only one chair. We borrowed one from our kind neighbours just for our two meals.

Don’t go there in the summer ! Maintenance work , no lift in the building , reparations, painting,… photo does not reflect the reality - avoid !
