According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Honestly, there is not a lot to like about this hotel. The staff in the restaurant is really nice, and our cleaning lady, Raquel, did an amazing job. Other than this, we had a horrible stay !!!!! The hotel is lacking serious renovation and maintenance; the management of the hotel is the poorest I have ever experienced in my life (and I have travelled quite a lot); the price of the hotel simply doesn't match what you get.
I mean, basically everything about this hotel I didn't like. The rooms are shabby, old, in need of massive renovation. The rooms have ZERO cozy elements, it is identityless and so so so old! The pool is dirty, the gym is so old (!), it is basically an over statement calling it a gym. There is some really old machines, and there is some weights, but they are not even complete in sets.

A estrutura dos quartos é boa, mas precisa dar uma manutenção . Paredes descascadas e portas da varanda com dificuldade de abrir !
Limpeza também durante a estadia deixou a desejar, arrumavam as camas porém não limpava o chão .

Instalações e quartos são antigos e precisam de manutenção. Café-da-manhã estava complicado: como o hotel estava cheio com uma excursão, faltava talheres e copos limpos, bem como as comidas não eram repostas num ritmo suficiente. Neste contexto, custo benefício não se justifica.
