Pros:

The hotel is absolutely fantastic amazing lovely crew and staff that help with everything that you need unbelievably clean the rooms are very big. We are a family of four to parents and two children and we ask for connecting doors and the hotel applied and gave it to us was absolutely lovely of them to do that. The room was absolutely amazing and the bed are very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. The location to the airport with a walking distance it's unbelievably comfortable especially when we had a morning flight we couldn't ask for a better place finish our trip!

Cons:

Only the fact that we didn't have more time in this amazing hotel! We booked the hotel for the last night in Italy we checked in in the afternoon and we had the morning flights. Don't think twice this is absolutely amazing hotel!

השרותים לא היו נקיים. כמעט ברמה שנראה כאילו מישהו השתמש בשרותים לפנינו..
בנוסף, ראש המקלחת היה שבור והמיים זרמו באופן לא אחיד.
מאד מאכזב! המחיר לא תואם לשרות.

Gret location and the breakfast was great too
Pros:

The Sheraton is right at the dorostep to the Malpensa airport so was perfect for our stay. The block out curtains were fantastic too. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of food to please everyone.

Замечательно всё, огромный номер, прекрасно работал кондиционер, всё есть, и тапочки, зубные щётки, бокалы и стаканы, даже штопор, у лифта льдогенератор, что летом очень здорово. Отдельно про завтраки, это просто великолепно, огромный выбор закусок, омлет могут приготовить с вашими предпочтениями, есть и овощи и фрукты, йогурты, выпечка, и даже просекко.
Спасибо огромное за комфорт и удобство.
Обязательно вернусь.
