Excellent city centre location
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to all of the historical sites. Room was very clean, small but had everything we needed. Staff were excellent and exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was amazing with many choices from Japanese to Western. Lounge was great to relax in at night until 10pm.

Cons:

Toilet in the room was too small. Lounge closed at 10pm when it could do with staying open later given that there was no space to relax in your room.

Lage und Zimmer waren gut.

Cons:

Obwohl bereits 2 Stunden vor der offiziellen Check-In Zeit von 15 Uhr mein Zimmer frei war wollte man es mir nur gegen hohen Aufpreis vorher geben.

Small Room but view makes up for it
Pros:

The view from the top floor and the free coffee or soft drink in the afternoon. View over to the islands is wonderful.
Friendly staff.
Lots of eateries not far from hotel.
Easy walk to Peace Park.
Clean. Amenities available at reception if not in room.

Cons:

The rooms are small so space is tight with luggage.
Water tap would be good as well as ice machines.
only 3 washer/dryers for guest use - but good large launderette 7 mins walk away.

Pros:

This hotel was a short 10 minute walk from the Peace Memorial Park, our main reason for selecting it. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was also easy to walk to good food spots around the area.

Pros:

Lovely, well-appointed hotel in a great location. Our room had Lovely views over the city. Short walk to the peace park, handy to public transport to the Miyajima ferry. Staff helpful with plenty of advice on how to get to attractions. Added bonus of the guest lounge on the 25th floor. Laundry facilities were very well maintained as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly.

Cons:

Nothing to not like.
