Pros:

La stanza era molto gradevole, la lounge spaziale. La colazione era ricca, non mancava proprio nulla e si presentava benissimo.
Lo staff era molto cordiale e sempre disponibile ad aiutare, una esperienza perfetta!

Pros:

The hotel offered a free guided tour of some of Hiroshima’s most significant landmarks, which was a wonderful experience.
The breakfast and the room were both excellent.
In addition, the hotel provides complimentary beverages during designated hours.
Everything was perfect and I would gladly stay here again!

Overall the hotel is lovely - very well presented and thought out rooms and layout, nice rooftop lounge, very friendly staff. They lent us umbrellas when it rained, helped store our luggage, and were overall very kind. Location is great for access to the local tourist sites.

Cons:

While we were there, the temperature was controlled centrally and not from the room. This was a very big minus for us - it was freezing when we went to bed and very hot at 4am, which woke us up. They said you could call the front desk and ask for the temperature to be changed, but that seemed quite impractical. Unfortunately that was a major drawback for what was otherwise a great stay.

Hôtel très bien placé.
Un très bon rapport qualité prix avec un petit déjeuner excellent dans un restaurant situé au 25eme étage de l'hôtel offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville d'Hiroshima.

Das haben wir noch nie erlebt!!
Total unflexibel und leider auch mit Übersetzer nichts verstanden. Hatten die 1. Nacht ein unmögliches Zimmer. Beim einchecken wollten wir schon ein anderes was nicht möglich war Bett war 1,38 cm breit ,Schlafzimmer ca 8 qm ,Toilette der Größe nach für Kinder.Nach vielen Diskussionen wurde versprochen für die nächste Nacht ein größeres zu bekommen.
Beim nachschauen kam abends raus das es nicht viel größer wäre deshalb habe ich über booking ein größeres Zimmer gebucht
Das haben sie wieder nicht verstanden.. nach vielen Diskussionen schaltete sich unser Tour Guide ein..
nie wieder in dieses Hotel.
