Very clean and nice amenities.
Extremely helpful staff and lovely location.
We unfortunately had scaffolding obstructing the patio during the stay.

No air conditioning, needs upgrades, unit is very old
The younger gentleman at the front desk with the curly hair was absolutely fantastic, so gracious and kind.
The unit faces the ski hill, which could be amazing although the right beneath is a work zone / under construction area .
Patio was extremely dirty
The unit is extremely noisy!
You hear the gondola noise during the day. In addition the unit is right next-door to a kids park resulting in from 7 AM to 7 PM or later there are children screaming constantly. Also, the village starts playing music at 8 AM on Saturday. Definitely if you have any plans to sleep in this is not the place for you. Did not make for a peaceful weekend.
The pool was amazing! Parking was a great value compared to other options in vail and convenient. The room was great! Loved the view of the fountain and being so close to gondola one. Kitchen was in great shape and had great appliances.
The front door handle was loose and in order for the door to stay closed we had to lock dead bolt. It being summer the room was very warm, 80 degrees at 9pm even with air conditioning running and patio door open with fan. We like to prepare food in the kitchen which didn’t help with room temperature. But it cooled off more towards 74 at night. We had a travel thermometer. Windows near bed didn’t have screens so when kept open flies would get in so we had to keep them closed. Elevator in Bridge Street building didn’t have a flush floor which made getting in and out with a full trolley difficult. The tiles on back patio were loose and crumbling which was a concern.
Walking distance to the village, beautiful property, very clean with a fully equipped kitchen.
The best location and terrific sized condo for a family, and a great pool too!

Do not book All Seasons. Location is not where specified. Moved to Plaza Lodge but No AC and very very noisy until 2am
Great Property to stay always!!!
Location wasn't were was indicated on the map and neither was Coral Tree Residence, which was the one I was expecting to arrive.
I liked to be on the ground floor so didn't have to go up stairs.
The mattress was an air mattress, sleep number brand and very OLD. one side was only soft and the other side completely hard, making sleeping almost impossible with such difference. This was at the master bedroom.
I had to go outside to the living room sofa since I had the first two nights sleepless.
Drain form the master shower was clogged as well.
Not clear that Pool was in a diferent location
the property management changed our booking to another of their apartments that is older but very close to gondola one in Vail village - superbly located right in the midst of the village
the thermostat was broken and so the apartment was unbearably hot. seems it couldn’t be fixed. very Noisy at night as the apartment sits just above a bar
