Pros:

The property was clean beds are very comfortable the only thing is they need to update their showers/baths for $270 a night i wouldn’t expect to see a bath/shower i would in a lower costing hotel.

Everything except the layout of the room.

Cons:

No receptacle in bathroom for a night light. Sink in bedroom so if 1 person gets up early and wants to brush teeth, wash face, shave, etc the other person obviously is disturbed. Will not stay again due to the room layout with half of bathroom in the bedroom!

Concert at Nationwide stay.
Pros:

Very good overall. Nice place to stay if going to events at Nationwide, Grandview or Downtown. No issues or complaints. Nice rooms, clean and roomy. Breakfast good.

Dark and worn out rooms
Pros:

Nice location with free parking, but this hotel is worn and dated. I have stayed at a few Hyatt Place hotels in the past, and this one is by far the worst. The room is really dark and the furniture is all chipped and dinged up. If you turn on the lights, I the bathroom and desk area have glaring fluorescent lighting. The carpet always felt a little moist throughout my stay and overall the room is kind of shabby. The free breakfast is pretty nice, but the lobby is really dark and unwelcoming.

The room was clean. The staff was nice and parking wasn't bad

Cons:

I advise anyone to not walk on the carpet bare foot the carpet needs to be taking out honestly and get hard floors..

When your stay is meh
Pros:

Comfortable facility, pricier than the local competition but starting to look worn as well.it is definitely more comfortable and a better night,s rest.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

I liked that the beds were neatly made, there was shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower if you wished to use it. The rooms were spacious and inviting. Booked through booking.com which made it very easy to check in and out. I like that there is a parking garage to accommodate all the guests. It is close to all the good restaurants and venues. Overall a good location.

Cons:

The showerhead was under-pressured. Could barely get the shampoo out of my hair.
