The staff and facilities and room service menu was amazing. The room was lovely and very well designed.

Most perfect hotel in all of Europe
Pros:

I stay in hotels quite often. It does not often happen that I am truly amazed by a hotel. Our stay at the Cortiina (mind the two "i"s) was a truly amazing experience. It started straight from the beginning: at check in the staff noticed that it was my birthday that day, and they went out of their way to make me feel special for that. But that was just one of the many experiences we had with all of the staff that made us feel at home, not just in a hotel.

Special mention is also the location: right in the heart of Old town Munich.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was leaving the place.

Gelungener Zwischenstopp in München

Die Lage des Hotels war für mich und meinen geplanten Besuch einer Veranstaltung im Herkulessaal perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber sowie komfortabel.
