Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in einem kleinen Hotel in sehr guter Lage nahe dem Arc de Triomph. Sehr gute Matratze auf dem Zimmer und guter Service wie Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag. Gesamtpaket für den Preis in Ordnung

Cons:

Seit der Buchung wurde ich mehrmals per Mail zum Online-Check-In über Lounge Up aufgefordert. Hierüber habe ich auch Frühstück gebucht. Tatsächlich musste ich aber den gesamten Check-In vor Ort nochmal vornehmen, die Buchung des Frühstücks war auch nicht vermerkt. Es war dann kein Problem, aber für den vorlaufenden Aufwand ärgerlich. Das Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung, aber wenn bis 10:30 Frühstück angeboten wird, ist es recht ärgerlich, wenn ab 9 Uhr vieles nicht mehr nachgelegt wird.

L'exigence a par l'hôtel de faire un scan de la carte d'identité est difficilement accessible.Parfois il y avait de bruit de la chambre a cote a cause des murs minces peut être.

- The walls are like cigarette papers, and the room literally right next to one another.
- Heavy doors slamming and the lack of discretion of other noisy guests is complicated.
The rooms are very small even-though I was upgraded
- I arrived in a cold room with AC on, it was raining and 14 degrees in Paris. Absurd.
