Made the most of it, will not be returning.

Children’s entertainment, swimming pools, showers.

Cons:

Waiting times for lifts, smell of weed and cigarettes, people shouting at night waking my kids and no answer at reception, my daughter and I both got sick and spend a day vomiting, lack of room cleaning.

Great hotel experience
Pros:

The Hotel lobby and reception was clean and inviting. The staff were approachable friendly and professional. Check in was quick and efficient, there was an offer to store luggage before and after check in.
Hotel had plenty of lifts to to access floors as the hotel was extremely busy on Cheltenham weekend.
Room and bathroom were an adequate size and very clean. Room service was excellent, cleaners were very thorough.
I asked for a quiet room and was given a room at the side aspect of the hotel which was perfect.
The food hall was great offering plenty of choice and food was quickly refilled free wine with meals was a nice touch.

Lovely hotel, would return but steer clear of the food
Pros:

Location is great, pool lovely, plenty sunbeds, room huge and big terrace instead of balcony was a lovely surprise

A brilliant hotel the wristbands for recognition to tokens to get drinks the food choices was excellent the cleanliness
Pros:

Child friendly as I was with my grandchildren perfect staff all the time keeping their eye on the kids in the pool entertainment was excellent for the children. The service of food was excellent at the small bars at the poolside and the token for each cup brilliant idea.

Cons:

The left accessibility too many guests not enough left access takes six minutes to get to a room and some cases

Awful. Not 4 stars. Do not stay here.
Pros:

Good breakfast.

Cons:

Squashed flies on the walls and ceiling in the room that were there when we arrived, so the cleaner hadn't cleaned these off prior to our arrival.

There was no water at all, hot or cold, for prolonged periods on multiple days during our stay. There was a sight giving pre warning of one episode that water would be shut off. However, there was another long period when there was no water at all and no notice. We were unable to shower, brush our teeth, or even flush the toilet. We received no apology or compensation when we complained.

We were kept awake by two groups of lads in rooms next to each other. They were in and out of eachothers rooms and were very loud in the hall outside their rooms. This happened from 2am to 4am. We asked them to be quiet multiple times. We ended up going down to get security. However, security was nowhere to be seen. The male receptionist came up to talk to the men, but they ignored him. This wouldn't happen if they didn't allow large group bookings or stag and hen bookings, etc.

The food was the same thing every day. I understand all inclusive can be repetitive, but you usually get more variety. You only usually see a repeat of dishes if you stay longer than 1 week. The food certainly wasn't 4 stars.
