Great room set up, nice decor, very comfortable, helpful staff, very convenient location for us.
Carpet was a bit bobbly and could have done with a shave - very minor complaint!
The service from the staff was exceptional - I was greated warmly and was invited to leave my baggae with them as I'd arrived before the usual check-in of 4pm. The place has been well finished, it's well located, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast and the coffee were wonderful. Top marks all round.
We were in the midst of a heat wave at 32 degrees - and that's tough to prepare for, and is exceptional in its own right. They did their best by putting a fan in my room (203), but being on the top floor - all the heat rose and it was just too much, to get a good night's sleep. I've still given them top marks because everything else was wonderful - but they'd benefit from adding air con to compensate for those hot summers we're getting now - but don't let that put you off.

Appon arrival we were made very welcome.
The hotel room was very clean , the bed was lovely and comfortable I got a good nights sleep.
The food was excellent both the included breakfast and the food we ordered from the bar , I would like to give a special mention to Shaun and Molly both served us our food and drink , both were friendly and chatty , indeed all the staff are a credit to the hotel , the food portions were quite generous too
I will definitely be booking another stay at the railway hotel , later this year , probably in the autumn , I have also fallen in love with Worthing the town itself.. lovely seaside place just like the iconic Railway hotel itself.
To be honest , nothing was negative absolutely nothing bad at all even the public toilets were spotless.

Check in was very easy and the staff were really helpful.
Third time I've stayed here, it's a bloody great place. People are so friendly. Place is super clean. Bed is SO comfy! Shower is still demon haha
Nice touch that on a 30C day the curtains were fully closed and a fan was going in the room 👍🏽

The bathroom was handicap-friendly so there was no separate shower space - which meant it was all wet.
The entrance/check in is the middle of a pub and reeks.
No view - our window had a view of a side street.
