Lovely room with air con. Food was delicious and good value. Staff were friendly and approachable.
Everything was good. The only criticism was the breakfast could have been hotter, apart from that no other complaints.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Restaurant was very good. Food was presented well and was very tasty. Willow was a very attentive waitress and Beverley was lovely at breakfast. We had a very relaxing break here. My only niggle would be a lack of towels! One bath towel for two people is not really very good. Other than that all good.
I was extremely impressed with the high standard of service I received. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed at reception by Mariana, the Duty Manager, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness throughout my visit. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, and took the time to ensure that all my queries were addressed promptly and efficiently.
Mariana's commitment to delivering excellent customer service was evident in every interaction. Her calm, friendly, and professional manner created a very positive first impression and significantly enhanced my overall experience. She is an exemplary representative of the organisation, and her dedication, competence, and willingness to go above and beyond are truly commendable.

Clean, quiet and always welcoming. Marianna is a lively person who always goes out of her way to help and make you feel at home.

Room was clean and spacious. As with all best westerns menu is small but delicious. Shirt drive to shopping sites. Friendly staff.
Bathroom had a shower over the bath. However, where the tiled walling had to be cut away to accommodate this oval shaped end left huge unsightly gaps. Walking shower would have been much better. With enough room. Lots of road noise.
