The staff was amazing-very helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the 24 hour bar since jet lag messed with our sleep schedule. Also, loved that the train station and trams were so close.
A small complaint, but because we were on a high floor, the ceiling had odd angles, and we kept bumping into it. Also, it didn’t bother me, but if you were a light sleeper, I think the sound of the trams might be an issue.
The breakfasts were great. Lots of variety. Lovely fresh bread, excellent fruit and meusli. I also Liked the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Everyone was very friendly. The room was cleaned every day.
I have no complaints.

I come to this hotel often. It’s a great hotel but, please can I have a a room at the back as the front rooms are very noisy
Excellent breakfast, comfy and large rooms with fitness appliance inside, the hotel is just in front of a tram hub and 100m from the main train station. The historical city center is just 15 min walk away
Low insulation of the walls for inside noises (children) but mostly outside with the proximity of the tram. But the hotel provides earplugs for the night.

Zimmer im 5.stock war eine schräge ehemalige Dachkammer.ging nicht bei Bestellung aus den Daten hervor.hätte besseres Zimmer gebucht, falls ich das hätte wahrnehmen können.
Schade: Lage des Hotels sonst gut.
