Crei que habia cambiado el manejo ,pero veo que esta peor.
Cons:

La limpieza fatal ,la puerta del baño no cerraba ,nos quedamos atrapados en el ascensor , la nevera sucia , el sevicio de recepción pésimo.

El precio estaba bien,
La ubicaciòn y algunas personas del personal muy atenta y con ganas de ayudar.

Cons:

Los apartamentos necesitan una renovación, esta muy viejo, las paredes desgastadas manchadas, el baño con moho y el sofa cama viejo. El garaje mal tambien.

très bon rapport qualité prix, c'est pas un hotel de luxe mais pour le prix c'est tres bien l'emplacement est parfait, le personnel respectueux et gentil, l'appartement pas neuf mais ça va il était propre, les habitants font un peu de bruit et on entend tout heureusement il ya la clime et on ferme la fenêtre, piscine pour les petits et une pour les grands, burkini accepté, on a passé un bon séjour

Wir haben nur eine Nacht hier verbracht und würden dieses Hotel leider nicht noch einmal buchen.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage – der Strand ist in etwa 5–7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung viele Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants.

Das Apartment selbst hat uns jedoch enttäuscht. Die Einrichtung war stark abgenutzt und machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Obwohl wir für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gebucht hatten, war nur das Doppelbett vorbereitet. Das Schlafsofa für die Kinder war nicht bezogen und die Matratze befand sich in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.

Zusätzlich mussten wir eine Kaution von 200 € hinterlegen, obwohl die Übernachtung nur etwas über 100 € gekostet hat. Vor dem Check-out sollte das Apartment außerdem gereinigt und der Boden gewischt werden, damit die Kaution zurückerstattet wird. Das fanden wir für diesen Preis und Zustand des Apartments ungewöhnlich.

Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt war die extreme Hellhörigkeit. Man konnte jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur hören, sodass an einen erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Auch die Aufzüge wirkten sehr alt und wenig vertrauenserweckend.

Für eine Übernachtung war es gerade noch akzeptabel, insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unserer Meinung nach jedoch nicht gestimmt.
