Cons:

Aircon not working, heater not working, Tv no Ariel, tap in bathroom leaking all day and night, when reported issues to reception they did nothing to resolve issues

Pros:

Great location, don't have to leave a stupid $100 deposit. Great bath tubs & tv with streaming.

Cons:

No pets, rather than contact me as soon as the cleaners when in the room and realised I'd forgotten things they threw the food items out and I had to call them to ask if I'd left my boots.
Courtesy call from staff would have been appreciated.

Good for the price!
Pros:

Location was great- easy to get to and from CBD and the ferry is a plus! Staff was friendly and helpful

Very tired and borderline clean. Property needs maintenance and refurbishment. Wif-fi slow and intermittent. The property is very basic.

A good basic hotel with access to transport nearby
Pros:

The staff are very friendly. The location is not far from the double bay ferry pier and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There’s little road noise at night which is good.

Cons:

Be prepared the rooms are older and basic. The “courtyard view” looks straight into another room across a very small space so you can’t have the window open without seeing others at all times.
Be prepared for a hilly walk if coming from the train station. Mostly downhill going to the hotel.
