Déçu. Ne mérite pas du tout un classement 3 étoiles pour les chambres

Jamais vu une salle de bains aussi petite, même pas la place de poser une trousse de toilette au-dessus du lavabo, qui lui aussi, est très petit. Trousse de toilette au dessus des WC. Même pas une bouilloire sans la chambre.
Climatisation marche en continue, c'est ON ou OFF quelle que soit la température demandée.
Réservation pour un adulte et un enfant avec petit déjeuner compris, confirmé par Booking.com. L'hôtel facture le petit déjeuner enfant en plus.
Impossible d'avoir une facture de suite : une personne me dit que c'est à booking.com de me fournir la facture, et une autre me dit d'attendre la fin du mois. Doit la recevoir par email.

Il n’est nulle part mentionné de frais supplémentaires pour les repas des enfants dans votre e-mail de confirmation, ni dans les informations importantes de l’établissement sur notre plateforme. Les politiques d’Booking.com stipulent que les clients ne sont responsables que des frais clairement indiqués au moment de la réservation."

Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel et sa serviabilité. L’hôtel et sa proximité avec la ville et un bon repas du soir sur place, ce qui est le bienvenu quand nous avons fait beaucoup de kilomètres. Nous y retournerons.

Cons:

Petit désagrément dans la salle de bain. Mais qui n'était en aucun cas la faute du personnel. Ce problème sera résolu rapidement, je pense. Par contre il nous ont fait une réduction pour ce désagrément, ce geste est vraiment commercial. Merci

Séjour agréable.

Aangenaam verblijf onderweg naar Spanje.
Pros:

Zwembad aan het hotel en de rustige ligging.
Een grote plus is de parking aan het hotel, veilige plaats voor de auto.
Ontbijt is enorm uitgebreid en er is volop keuze.
Ruimte om te ontbijten is ook groot en mogelijkheid om buiten op het terras te ontbijten.

Cons:

Geen puntjes die tegenvielen. Enige minpuntje was misschien het feit dat er geen airco in het gebouw aanwezig is maar het is ook niet altijd zo warm, alhoewel dat naar de toekomst toe wel eens zou kunnen veranderen, dus wel een item om over na te denken om te investeren in warmtepompen die ook voor verkoeling kunnen zorgen.
